There are many men Incarcerated for various reasons with various lengths of time to serve. Most of these men are married, separated, shacking up, dating, etc. It’s sad but true a lot of these women are faithful to these “BadBoys” of the world while these men are on the streets. It’s an individualized decision to be with a man, or men who choose to make their living by hustling. The women who choose a man that is penitentiary bound come from good homes, with great backgrounds, religious, financially stable, yet their self-esteem is located, underneath their shoes. Let’s analyze who she is really, some are very attractive, some young, some old. These women from various ethnic diverse cultures all need “A MAN” in their life is one of the reasons, they fall in love with these “Mind Manipulating Men”. When a man gets “A Sentence” his family does the time with him and it “Emotionally Slowly Destroys” the family. Is there fascination with the incarceration? Or is it loneliness? A man behind bars has nothing but time, but hell women are running to the prisons, every weekend, taking packages, putting money on the books, some even attempt to sneak drugs in for them, knowing that shit is a felony. You what’s really something that this effort to be with a man who according to that judge who gave them life, don’t mean nothing to that woman who, in her mind is faithful.
Over time the only getting wet by her fingers, or by one of his boys who always had an eye for his man’s girl. In the beginning when her man gets all this time, she can fight off the dogs trying to get that cat, but after a while she gives in because that cat will be screaming for a scratching.
“Yup. Game.” Men “Have you all hook, line, and sinker. At this point you might as well be a freaking joystick. We say stuff like that around women with the hope that, a couple days later, you’ll have the exact same conversation we’re having right now with one of your girlfriends, talking about how you can’t really figure him out.”
“So he’s making up all of that stuff about his family and his trust issues?”
“Yes and No. I’m sure he’s telling the truth. He probably does have trust issues. He’s a black man in America. We all have trust issues. Hell, a man can know you for five years and I still don’t trust your ass. Seriously though, some women could have only known a dude for two weeks. That’s not even three episodes of Jersey Shore. If he was really concerned with you helping him work through his trust issues, he would have waited a bit longer before revealing that he has trust issues. Why? Because he has trust issues, so he shouldn’t trust you.”
“So, what does he want?”
“You proved exactly how trust-worthy you are by giving him some ***"
Perhaps you are a victim of blind love yourself. Maybe you thought you had finally found your love match only to realize much later, many heartaches and agonizing nights later, that Mr. Wonderful was not so wonderful after all. In fact, he was pretty much like that other awful man you thought was your true love, or the past beau you felt you could not live without but had to when he left you for that other woman.
Most times it is not just bad luck that steers women to the wrong man time and time again. Sometimes the pattern of loser-lovers is indicative of a deeper, more serious flaw in the woman's personality or character. Or the problem may stem from the woman's family history. And it usually is rooted in lack of self-esteem and self-love. In addition, far too many women blindly get involved with man after man without stopping to assess what went wrong in previous relationships. Many women do not evaluate themselves or their relationships; consequently, they do not recognize the similarities that attract them to certain types of men."
When a woman repeatedly chooses the wrong man, those bad choices attempt to fulfill "needs" that sometimes go back to the woman's childhood, back to the time when she was not capable of analyzing the information at hand. Women who grow up and see their mothers in bad relationships, or grow up with fathers who are abusive, alcoholic or addicted to drugs, as children they watch these situations and think of ways their mothers should resolve the problem. When they grow up themselves, they select men who are very much like their fathers. When they grow up in abusive families, they marry men who are abusive because they want to change the man. They tell themselves
Women in abusive relationships tell themselves these things every day. Now they can see inside the minds of angry and controlling men-and change their own lives. In this groundbreaking show tonight, we will show how to improve, survive, or leave an abusive relationship, with:

Join us today on Women Leading the Way Radio as Shawn Mari Turi, your host of Business is Personal (aka: what you do and why you do it... REALLY MATTERS!), interviews Caroline Mankey, Lawyer & Partner of Cypress, LLP.
“Having it All” (in life + career) is certainly a subjective idea. When it comes up in conversation, it’s clear… ‘Who’s a fan and who’s a critic’. Whatever side of the conversation you land on, there’s no doubt, women are talking about it, being more honest and unapologetic and sharing what they truly want to have, do and experience and ‘this’ is a conversation you’re going to want to be part of.
Caroline will be sharing her ideas and practices for what ‘having it all’ means to her. She will also talk about how she maintains and even successfully nurtures her own identity and autonomy, while working for a firm and partnership, as well as how she makes herself and her firm known in an undeniably competitive and crowded industry. The conversation promises to be lively, authentic and radically honest and Shawn Marie will ask Caroline… “Can women really have it all?”…. “What does she think it takes to land big clients? …. and of course …. “Does ‘Business IS Personal’ resonate with her and if so…. why?”
Is the dating game that hard? Last week I asked, "Who had it easier in the dating game, men or women?" So this week I would like to talk about the Reality of dating. What really goes on in the mans head and in the womans heart during this proscess? Do women really need to think like a man? If so, then do men need to think like a woman? Well find this Saturday and callin and give your opinion. Be the first to give your opinion by calling in 607-203-5357
