She applies well-research based therapy approaches to assist her client’s therapy goals.

She specializes in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events as well as those having difficulties with: depression, anxiety, grief, divorce, anger, bi-polar, sexual abuse, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and stress management.
