• 65 million people in the U.S. live with a disability. In 2001, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service conducted a national survey. Findings showed just over seven million disabled people participated in wildlife-related recreation; 11% of the disabled population compared to 39% of the non-disabled population that participate.

There are no limits on most things in life, except for the limits we put on ourselves with our beliefs.
Believe it or not, there is no limit to how happy you can be, how much money you can make, how many people you can help, how much love you can experience. If you believe that there is a limit on these and other things, then your belief is what is limiting you. Limiting beliefs create our own internal ‘glass ceilings.’

There’s a big gap between knowing what you want to do and actually getting it done. We want to be focused with laser-like precision on critical tasks and make the best, most efficient use of our time. Instead, we get distracted, we procrastinate, and we wind up getting too absorbed by unimportant aspects of a single project when we’d be better off turning our attention to other things.
Fortunately, there is a very simple strategy that has been proven to help us deal effectively with the distractions.
It’s called if-then planning, and it’s a really powerful way to help you achieve any goal. Well over 100 studies, on everything from diet and exercise to negotiation and time management, have shown that deciding in advance when and where you will take specific actions to reach your goal (e.g., “If it is 4pm, then I will return any phone calls I should return today”) can double or triple your chances for success. Making if-then plans to tackle your current projects, or reach your goals, is probably – without exaggerating – the most effective single thing you can do to ensure your success.
If I haven’t finished the grant application before lunch, then I will make it my top priority when I return.
If I am getting too distracted by colleagues, then I will stick to a 5 minute chat limit and head back to work.
If it is 2pm, then I will spend an hour reading and responding to important emails

Your life today is essentially the sum of your habits.
How in shape or out of shape you are? A result of your habits.
How happy or unhappy you are? A result of your habits.
How successful or unsuccessful you are? A result of your habits.
What you repeatedly do (i.e. what you spend time thinking about and doing each day) ultimately forms the person you are, the things you believe, and the personality that you portray.
But what if you want to improve? What if you want to form new habits? How would you go about it?
Turns out, there’s a helpful framework that can make it easier to stick to new habits so that you can improve your health, your work, and your life in general.
The 3 R’s of Habit Change
Every habit you have — good or bad — follows the same 3–step pattern.
Reminder (the trigger that initiates the behavior)
Routine (the behavior itself; the action you take)
Reward (the benefit you gain from doing the behavior)
“The 3 R’s of Habit Change,” but I didn’t come up with this pattern on my own. It’s been proven over and over again by behavioral psychology researchers.

First, let’s look at his 4-level product funnel, and then you can brainstorm a high-priced product for your business, or refine the one you have in place.
He sells a $20 business book (paperback) that introduces new readers to him, his training business, and his gym, and he starts selling the idea that we all need a mentor to succeed.
.The book also promotes the next levels of his product funnel.
He offers a $500 1-Day Business Seminar. This is offered in a joint venture between him and a major fitness retailer. It’s a great example of how everyone – not just Internet folks – can leverage partnerships. At the end of the 1-Day Seminar, the next levels of his funnel are offered.
There is a $2500 3-Day “Internship” at his gym. This is sold at the Level 2 seminar and his email list (which grows from all the speaking he does).
At the end of the Internship, an offer is made for the 1-year coaching program, and a large percentage of people jump to the next level because they have already received extreme value through the Internship.
He runs a 1-Year Coaching Program that requires an investment of $10,000. This is similar to our $100K Info Mastermind Group.
At this point, I told him he needs a Level 5 – a higher priced coaching program, or even some type of franchising or licensing. He appreciated that advice, and in return, he gave me this gem of wisdom:
“You should get paid the most for the things that come easiest to you.”
Have you ever heard the statement from an older person--I wish I knew then what I know now?
“Up to the age of 30, or beyond it, poetry gave me great pleasure. But now for many years I cannot endure to read a line of poetry. My mind seems to have become a kind of machine for grinding general laws out of large collections of facts, and if I had to live my life again, I would have made a rule to read some poetry and listen to some music several times every week. The loss of these tastes is a loss of happiness, and may possibly be injurious to the intellect and more probably to the moral character, by enfeebling the emotional part of our nature.”
What Darwin wrote about making time really resonated with me. I realized that it’s so easy to get caught up in “work”, to the point where it takes over your life — especially when that work is well received.
I was doing work that other people wanted me to do, working in order to earn a living. I wasn’t doing the work that scared me, or the work that fulfilled me, or the work that makes me dig deep into my resources and forces me to grow.
When you experience those angry, frustrated feelings, they are a good indication that you’re not pursuing your purpose. When I’m “on purpose” I’m excited to go to my desk each morning. I think about the work I’ll do the next day as I fall asleep each night.
I recognized it was time to heed those warning signs, to refocus, and to get my life back on track.
