    in Sports

Welcome to the Coach Steve Clark Ph.D Show where he aims to encourage, inspire and equip coaches, players and parents who in turn inspire and equip others to promote tennis, foster sportsmanship, and develop greater players and people.

    Today's Guest or Topic

Today I will be talking with long time coaching colleague and friend, USC "NCAA Champions 4-Pete" power house Head Coach Peter Smith.  A standout player at Long Beach State, tour player and tremendous coach who obviously has a system at USC that creates powerhouse tennis--what better person to glean insight into the current NCAA, youth coming up, US tennis, the pro tour, and all things tennis.  He has won 5 NCAA Championshipos in the last 6 years, is a 5 time PAC 12 Coach of the year, and a 2 time ITA National Coach of the Year.

A bit about your host, Coach Steve Clark

Having over 25 years of collegiate coaching experience with teams as high as #16 NCAA and players in the top 5 and former players in the top echelon of the ATP, Coach Clark engages guests and the listeners in an array of topics ranging from momentum management to between point management; from elite coaches and players as guests to the mechanics, tactics and sports psychology for the determined club player.  And beyond the normal discussions often around tennis, Dr. Clark will entertain topics as wide as collegiate recruiting, team promotion and fan building for coaches, to topics for the parents-coach dynamic.  Having a PhD and numerous other degrees and being a former NCAA All-American and successful player beyond, he understands and has a deep concern for the academic, personal and athletic development of players and students. Thanks for tuning in.  Please call in live or leave your questions on email at steve@coachsteveclarkphd.com.

EXCLUSIVE chat with an Assassin - Kingpin - Bodyguard - Sniper - Drug Dealer

    in Music

The guest for this show goes by the name FLY from Grand Rapids, MI.  He is a reitred PAID assassin, drug dealer, contract killer, kingpin, and sniper.  The US loved the Godfather Movie where this profession was sometimes glorified.  Contract killing is a form of murder in which one party hires another party to kill a target individual or group of people. It involves an agreement between two or more parties in which one party agrees to kill the target in exchange for some form of payment, monetary or otherwise. Either party may be a person, group, or an organization.

Throughout history, contract killing has been associated with organized crime and with vendettas. Contract killing provides the hiring party with the advantage of not having to be directly involved in the killing. This makes it more difficult to connect said party with the murder and decreases the likelihood of establishing guilt for the committed murder, because the hiring party did not commit the murder; they only enabled it to happen. It is also often used by parties who do not have the ability to carry the killing themselves, such as a spouse contracting the murder of their partner.

In the United States, a contract to kill a person is void, meaning that it is not legally enforceable. Any contract to commit an indictable offense is not enforceable. Thus, if a hitman takes the money but then fails or refuses to perform, the customer cannot sue for specific performance or for damages for breach of contract. Conversely, if the hitman performs the killing as promised but the customer refuses to pay, the hitman cannot sue the customer for monetary damages.

She describes her journey through the struggles with undiagnosed and stigmatized mental and physical illness, resulting in addiction, alcoholism, and the abandonment of her family and society as a whole. And finally--the light at the end of the tunnel.
