Kimmons, he was born in Hernando, Mississippi. Raised in Memphis, Tennessee where he attended public schools and received his high school diploma from Frederick Douglass High School. He was a student athlete and received an athletic scholarship to attend Lincoln University. Dr. Kimmons has served at every level in the higher education teaching: College Professor at several major universities; a Program Director, Classroom Teacher, Dean, Vice President, President, Chancellor. He is currently he is serving as an Educational Consultant for Pre-K-16 schools, author of five (5) books and as a Motivational Speaker.
Dr. Kimmons’ philosophy is … that institutions should be committed to providing quality educational and health care services and should be held accountable by the communities they serve. He welcomes the challenge of giving and sharing leadership that supports these goals. He further believes that by uniting our energies and supporting our educational and health care systems, we will be able to keep our students academically challenged, and our citizens better prepared for life.
Dr. Kimmons’ Motto is …“Help Me to Help Somebody to Save Our Children, and Save Our Schools; Never, Ever, Give Up On Our Children, Because Our Children are Our Greatest Resource; Our Children are an Extension of Us; and Our Children are Our Future.”

He received his Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and his Doctorate Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision in Higher Education at the age of 28 from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. Dr. Willie J. Kimmons is one of America’s leading authorities on education, leadership, parental involvement, and health related issues. He is a nationally recognized consultant, speaker, seminar leader, and author of five (5) books.
Ashley Phillips was born and raised in Memphis, Tn. She has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from the best college Middle Tennessee State University. During her time at MT she chose the minor Child Development and Family Studies, and it was then her love and passion for children was confirmed. Her plan is to get her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is currently a preschool teacher and puts God first in everything she does.

She’s performed on many stages including KNS Rockstar’s very own “Stop the Bullying” stage, Sade Champagne’s Dare to Dream Tour, and Chuck Dennis’s 805 Funk Fest. She’s opened up for the Zapp Band, The S.O.S Band, Klymaxx, and Warren G and she has also been nominated in two categories in the Ventura County Music Awards as Best Female Artist, and R&B artist.
Houston Lillard- Young football star Houston Lillard is on the rise to success! Receiving a full sports scholarship at South Missouri State, truly making his mark upon the sports industry. He’s played football Tri-City Fever 4 years running, and has received major accolades from playing. Won awards such as “Rookie of the Year”, 2 time 2nd overall team league/runner up MVP, and consistent conference titles and trips to championship games. Though his career was rough due to his knee injury, he continued forth in his education, receiving a Bachelors in Sports Management.
