With the decision to NOT indict the police officer in the shooting death of Mike Brown many are crying injustice and then you rioters and protesters that burn down and vandalize their own neighborhoods in anger. Why is this happening? Does God care? Why doesn't he make it stop? Will the black man ever get the justice he's looking for? Does the Bible have any insight into this type of situation ?
Urban Communities are at War why??? Because the relationship between Government, Police Brutality, and the People are DISCONNECTED. Who is the Government? ... THE PEOPLE??? WHO VOTED FOR THE JUDGE~THE POLICE CHIEF~THE HEAD OF THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT? THE TREAT AMERICA WITH NO JUSTICE AND NO PEACE
Knee jerk/emotional response is a part of it but let's also consider that the 'Authority' usually safeguard the important things which limits targets of oppression so that emotion still needs an outlet. Often times it is the oppressed boxed into their own areas that have that 'knee jerk' response.
Without some training and very good leadership that excess energy erupts in its primeval form often in our own communities. Let us also remember that there are always opportunists who have no emotional ties to the righteous cause who act as provocateurs.
I am suggesting that our communities are devoid of good and sustained leadership.
This is by design.
We know from our High School Physics classes that nature abhors a vacuum and it will be filled.
Good leadership in the Black community is a vacuum. We need to fill it with people of our choosing and reject those given to us by the same ones that oppress us.
Ask yourself, "who is my community leader?" Then ask yourself is that person working towards the community's best interest? We have a role to play. Let's play our role

We've covered why evidence does not rule but gently guides theory explanation. We've covered that implications from theory explanation show where next to look for evidence. We've emphasized that only after being positively biased to both sides, not that impartiality means no positivity through a presentation of a case, can we judge what we learn finally, since we would not remember or think of connections and details in evidence and reasoning otherwise, for either side.
So now we can cover some evidence marshalled for cases. Is an ugly implication something which can block us from considering evidence suggesting something? Do we have to be from a place to know what happened?
As with every disappointment, we have a decision to make when trouble or disaster strikes. How will we respond? The first part of responding correctly when life doesn't make sense is keeping our focus on God. When disasters strike, we feel like children at God's feet, tugging at his coat with the question, "Why?" It is human nature for us to want to understand each significant event in our lives. We feel that if we could just grab hold of a reason for each painful event then we could make it through to the other side. However, If we always have to have a reason for things, we will be tempted to rely on ourselves during our pain rather than turning to God. We are not meant to understand; we are meant to trust.
