The Most Unrecognizable and Committed Sin is not what you think

    in Religion

What is the most unrecognizable and committed sin in the universe?  Read this article and see if you can figure it out.

Pasadena, CA- The mother of a former cashier at Target in Pasadena is suing the retailer, alleging that her son committed suicide after being humiliated by management.  In the lawsuit, Virginia Gentles claims her son, 22-year-old Graham Gentles, was driven to suicide after he was accused of stealing, handcuffed and "paraded" through the store in front of coworkers and customers.  Graham Gentles jumped to his death from the roof of the Courtyard Marriott in Monrovia on July 18, three days after he was allegedly required by Target management to take part in what the lawsuit calls a "walk of shame."  The lawsuit alleges false imprisonment, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.  According to the complaint, Graham Gentles was met by police and Target security personnel at the front of the store as he arrived for work on July 15. The suit alleges that police forcefully grabbed him, emptied his pockets and pulled his hat off. At the direction of two members of the store management, he was handcuffed and led to an office, according to the suit.  "Gentles was shocked, confused and mortified at being handcuffed and walked through the Target store in front of co-workers and store customers. Mr. Gentles had no idea why he was being arrested," the complaint says.

What they don't tell you about a broken heart!

    in Current Events

Whitney Houston's song asked the question where do broken hearts go? I have asked myself this same question. When your heart has been broken and you choose after careful consideration to discuss you get met with: Wait on the Lord, there is somebody for everybody, keep yourself busy and work on you. While this all sounds good during time the tears don't seem like they will ever stop and your heart feel like it is going to bust. What do you do? I am speaking as a person who is living this right now. I have already said that I am giving myself the year off from relationshiships. Mary J Blige's Whole Damn Year pretty much sums it up best. While looking at others in happy healthy relationships do I want that? The answer is sometimes but I am not willing to compromise myself and I am not willing to find someone and lose me. When you have been lied to and deceived it changes you and sometimes not for the best. After being played I extended the olive branch during the holidays to only want to beat him with it. This was not for reconciliation but for closure. So now I have to be cool with the apology I may not ever get or the goodbye that is not going to come. So I ask again where to broken hearts go and I say that they just go..no rhyme or reason just gone.....

God Is In Control - "Trusting God to Direct Your Life"

    in Religion

What can we learn from the disappointments of life? How should we respond when they come? Today's study opens by looking at Hannah, a woman who God had made barren. She did not succumb to despair at her disappointment, but instead sought the Lord in prayer, Her trust in Him increased, and God eventually belssed her with a son who would become one of the greatest judges and prophets of the Old Testament. From here example, we are challenged to greet hard times with fervent prayer as well.

Free Will of ego vs One Will of Truth, Is it a fight or a marriage?

    in Spirituality

The whole knowledge concerning free will and our willingness inclinations is a topic that gets very little valid introspection of it TRUE nature of power.

It gets bandied about by opinions and beliefs like a wild ping pong ball across the table of life behaviors and our manifesting mind's eye. It seems to hold a very high ante in the game of life.

Is this good enough understanding to serve your spiritual, emotional and creating life abilities with the dignity becoming of a Divine co-creator? Just how potent is this thing called 'will'? Can a spirit's will be broken?

Can a will be educated or is it a pawn of our mind? Is its destiny more akin to being a king or queen on our playing field?

If resistance is our byword to our exercise of will, and rebellion is our cry for freedom, do we bless or harm our greater good in being?

If it is a marriage, what is our will bonded to and why? Free from what? The considerations are many. Have you sorted this out to your entire satisfaction in a manner engendering  your wholism, or is your willingness keeping you fragmented and misguided?
