With the NFL Draft now come and gone, we recap which team(s) in the first round got the best value or got a steal. What are Stephen's thoughts on Christian Hackenberg going to the New York Jets and not the Houston Texans?
The NBA Playoffs are heating up in both conferences, especially in the West. The Oklahoma City Thunder escaped with a game 2 victory in San Antonio with a little help from the referees. But both sides got away with some no calls. Should Golden State keep resting Steph Curry if they keep beating Portland?
In the East, are we destined for a Miami/Cleveland Eastern Conference Finals matchup? NBA fans sure hope so. And so does LeBron.
Cleveland hit 25 3's against Atlanta in game 2, they made 16 2-point shots. Is this the new style the Cavs are going to play with? Or was it a result of how Atlanta played defense?
Earnest Christian breaks down the statement released by the Miami Heat on Chris Bosh’s status, LeBron James looking forward to a possible matchup with the Heat in the conference Finals and preview of Game 2 vs. the Toronto Raptors in their 2nd round matchup.

Rest & relaxation are essential to health and well-being. In western society work addiction is considered acceptable and a goal for which we should strive. Down time, rest and relaxation are often scoffed at as "wasted" time. But research and science show that rest and relaxation are key to physical and emotional health.
Are you getting enough rest?
Do you feel guilty when you rest or relax?
Do you have to constantly be busy to feel good?
Coach Seah and Dr Chan explore "Rest & Relaxation" on this month's episode of Growing Consciousness.

After the NFL Draft it is time to turn our attention to the NBA and NHL playoffs. Both leagues implement seven game series starting in round one. A long first round series may not affect a team immediately, but if the team advances, those additional minutes can add up. The NBA playoffs have followed suit except for the Portland Trailblazers. The Trailblazers were the only lower seed to advance to the second round. They dismantled the injury ridden Los Angeles Clippers in six games. The biggest series is betwen the San Antonio Spurs and Oklahoma City Thunder. The number two and three seeds will battle for the right to play in the Western Conference Finals.
The NHL had a glimpse of excitement, and gave fans two underdogs to route for. The Nashville Predators and New York Islanders advance as wildcard teams. The Predators jumped out to an early series lead over the Anaheim Ducks. The Ducks did not fold and forced a game seven, but fell to the fiesty Predators. The Islanders took care of the Florida Panthers in six games, and proved to the hockey world that they will not be an easy out. The Islanders took game one, but lost in OT to the Tampa Bay Lightning in game three making the series 2-1, in favor of the Lightning. The biggest draw in the NHL playoffs is the series between the Washington Capitals and the PIttsburgh Penguins. Each team has an NHL star, with Alexander Ovechkin on the Capitals and Sidney Crosby on the Penguins. Ovechkin is looking to play in a Conference Final for the first time, while Crosby yearns to hoist the Stanley Cup for a second time.
