Andrea Nelson, from the Clover Agency, joins Joe to discuss recent news events that you probably won't hear anywhere else. Tune in, you'll be surprised at some of the weird news stories and what passes for news nowadays!
Have you had your healthy dose of reality lately?
There are always at least two sides to every story. Have you ever wondered how someone, who saw the same thing you did, walked away telling a vastly different story? Which version was correct? Which one was the REAL story? Actually, both are! It’s just a matter of perspective.
Joe takes the issues… especially the controversial issues (politics, prejudice, religion, illegal immigration)… and brings in people from different sides to share their viewpoint. This is definitely not a fluff piece. And while no one is attacked, the questions are hard-hitting.
But the conversation is always respectful and you’re sure to learn something new, even if you don’t agree!
If you’ve always wondered how the “other side” thinks and how they’ve arrived at their “stand”, then this is the show for you!
It’s not the right side, it’s not the wrong side, but the REAL side of the issues!

Bennet Pomerantz discusses anything with media Guests on his Betty Award winning ANYTHING GOES
Tonight's guest is Uvi Poznansky, who is a California-based author, poet and artist.
She earned her B. A. in Architecture and Town Planning from the Technion in Haifa, Israel. During her studies and in the years immediately following her graduation, she practiced with an innovative Architectural firm, taking a major part in the large-scale project, 'Home for the Soldier'; a controversial design that sparked fierce public debate.
At the age of 25 Uvi moved to Troy, N.Y. with her husband and two children. Before long, she received a Fellowship grant and a Teaching Assistantship from the Architecture department at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she guided teams in a variety of design projects; and where she earned her M.A. in Architecture. Then, taking a sharp turn in her education, she earned her M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
During the years she spent in advancing her career--first as an architect, and later as a software engineer, software team leader, software manager and a software consultant (with an emphasis on user interface for medical instruments devices)--she wrote and painted constantly, and exhibited in Israel and California. In addition, she taught art appreciation classes. Her versatile body of work can be seen online at uviart.com. It includes bronze and ceramic sculptures, oil and watercolor paintings, charcoal, pen and pencil drawings, and mixed media.
She won great acclaim for her novel, Apart From Love, and for her poetry book, Home (in tribute to her father. Her collection of dark tales, Twisted, and her Historical Fiction book, A Favorite Son, are both new age, biblically inspired books. Rise to Power (the first volume in her new series, The David Chronicles) has just been published.

The "Stigma" of being a Single Parent with an African background seems to make it close to impossible for them to have relationships or be taken seriously in that area. I see plenty of Single Parents, especially Females resort to a Singleton lifestyle after trying to no end.
Is it possible for Single Parents to still find Love? Especially being African? Nigerian?

David Christopher's new book, `The Holy Universe' is the tale of a Seeker's journey with a Sage. The story suggests we might want to rethink how we understand ourselves in relationship to the universe. David thinks humans need a new story, because the old religious tales don't really give us much to grow on anymore, and yet the soulless `dumb rock/big bang' theory doesn't really do the trick either. I think he's right.
David will be sharing with why it is so important for this book to be out at this time.
This book is a roadmap to wisdom!
