Lesson for April 26, 2015: Watch Out for Deceivers (1 John 5:6-12,18-20; 2 John)
Deceivers are all around us. While the last two letters from the apostle John are characterized by his emphasis on the importance of love (as in 1 John), he was equally strong in his warnings about false teaching—2 and 3 John are the shortest documents in the New Testament, but they address serious and important issues. Although they deal with themes similar to those in his first epistle, these are more in the form of a personal letter than a treatise.tay on Guard | 2 John 9-11
False teachers who have left the original apostolic teaching about Jesus have gone too far. Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God. Like many today, these folk wanted God—but not Jesus. That option is not open to us (John 14:6). Instead we are to continue in the teaching we received. C. H. Dodd wrote of those seeking to insinuate their error into the churches they visited: “From their own point of view, they were Christian missionaries. From the standpoint of the Presbyter [John] they were impostors.” The testimony of Scripture is the basis of our faith.

How bad is the human rights situation in Nigeria?
Pretty shocking. Boko Haram’s bloody onslaught in north-east Nigeria and the military’s heavy-handed response has killed thousands of civilians and forced hundreds of thousands to flee. Women, men and children live in constant fear of murder and abduction by Boko Haram and of arbitrary arrest, unlawful detention, torture and even execution at the hands of the military.
But it is not just the violence in the north-east of the country that is extremely worrying. The problems within Nigeria’s justice system, for example, are deeply entrenched.

House Speaker John Boehner's not shy about being a staunch Obama ally on this one, and is reportely going all-out to get the deal shoved through Congress.

Aren't we the people about fed up with having to have Congress pass a bill before we're allowed to see what's in it?
How much more abuse can the system take before we lose even the appearance of representative government in America?

The constitution guarantees us certain inalienable ( hope spelled right, but a human has some rights that are a given, this is what the founding fathers had revealed to them by God( my belief). The right to life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness. The nation already voted down, right to life, but it is in constitution. Liberty is a two-edged sword called political correctness and is wielded by the loudest( hence, the greasy wheel gets the grease), and persuit of happiness, AKA THE AMERICAN DREAM..
Pastor Cardwell also hit on this, nothing stings as bad as being caught doing something wrong and having to face facts! Let's talk Bible and why Christians should stand, how anyone I allowed to stand, and how too many causes and clubs... get us away from one mind, one accord, one Church.
it’s possible to find natural sunscreens that don’t contain these ingredients, as long as you know what to look out for. So next time you’re at the drugstore stocking up on your favorite skincare products, make sure to check the labels and avoid any brand of sunscreen that contain these four toxic ingredients.
