There are many reasons why young men end up involved in the street life of gangs and crime, but there are also lifelines that can pull them out and turn them in a positive direction. Wallace "Gator" Bradley tells his story in his new book "Murder to Excellence" of how he transformed his life from feared gang enforcer to respected political consultant. He reveals many of the factors involved in the escalating gun violence that plagues our cities and the suprising cast of characters that knowingly fuel the fires of conflict between rival gang factions in order to profit from the resulting chaos. He discusses issues of police torture, false confessions, coverups, and the need for honest iintentions to provide solid economic opportunities in order to really raise up a generation of positive, productive youth.

Do Black entrepreneurs face more challenges than whites? Probably. But they at least face some different ones. Robert Wallace is the founder, president, and CEO of Bithgroup Technologies, and the author of four books on wealth building for entrepreneurs of color and is working on a fifth. Soul Food: 52 Principles for Black Entrepreneurial Success, Black Wealth Through Black Entrepreneurship, Strategic Partnerships: An Entrepreneur's Guide To Joint Ventures and Alliances, and The Ssese Principles are already in print, and Crash will be coming out soon.
He says about 85% of of the challenges entrepreneurs of color face are the same as any entrepreneur faces. But then there's that 15%. And he should know. He's studied the issue for 30 years. At Maryland's Loyola University, Bob teaches "the power and the promise of innovation and entrepreneurship in the global economy."
We'll discuss everything about the world of NASCAR including the Bubba Wallace situation. Wallace was recently released from his contract at Joe Gibbs Racing and several reports have him heading to Roush Fenway Racing. We'll discuss whether or not Wallace is making a good move and why he would even consider moving from one of NASCAR's elite teams.
Plus the Joe Gibbs Racing's crew chief lineup and how that will impact the team.
Also Richard Childress Racing has announced that Ty Dillon will race in the 2015 Daytona 500 this season in No.33 Chevrolet sponsored by Cheerios and Kroger.
We'll also discuss this past weekend's event at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida and how this event can help short track racing and put short track racing back on the map and how impressed we are with winner John Hunter Nemechek.

Happy holidays to everyone out there and boxing is giving its gift this weekend with a pair of events televised on HBO and Showtime that will surely have boxing fans happy for the upcoming holidays. For this article I’ll be going over the Golden Boy Card that involves such names as Keith Thurman, Abner Mares, Victor Ortiz, and both Charlo brothers that will be headlined by Amir “King” Khan squaring off against Devon Alexander “The Great.”
Amir Khan (29-3 with 19 KOs) is a fast-handed boxer who is born and very well followed in the UK. He has fought and defeated fighters such as Marco Antonio Barea, Paulie Malignaggi, Chino Maidana, and Zab Judah. However, everything hasn’t been prefect for Khan, sustaining losses from Lamont Peterson, Danny Garcia, and of course his 1st career loss, a 1st round KO to Breidis Prescott in the UK 6 years ago.
Devon Alexander (26-2 with 14 KOs) also has a pretty darn good resume. He’s defeated fighters such as Junior Witter, Juan Urango, Randall Bailey, a controversial win against Lucas Matthysee, and he also holds wins over Andriy Kotelnik and Chino Maidana. His losses have come to the likes of Timothy Bradley and Shawn Porter. He’s more of a technical fighter with not much power, but he also is a southpaw, which could complicate the rhythm of this fight.
Timothy Bradley (31-1, 12 KOs) is one of the most determined fighters in the sport of boxing. He has shown the ability to go toe to toe with the very dangerous Ruslan Provodkinov, and outbox the very crafty Juan Manuel Marquez. Coming off a loss against Manny Pacquiao he wants to rebound with a victory against the very underrated and dangerous Diego Chaves (23-2, 19 KOs).
Chaves is a typical power punching aggressive fighter from Argentina with good boxing skills. Both fighters are looking to make a statement this Saturday night in the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
