    Admit - Believe - Confess ( Connect With God through Jesus (The Christ) The Word

    in Christianity

    Pastor Demetrios, Host Of Wall Less Ministries (Ray Of Hope), Discusses the simple introduction of "God's How to Recieve The Gift of Salvation and Connect with God in fellowship through Jesus, The Christ - The Word -The Son Of God - God"

     8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
    9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
    10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:8-10 KJV

    1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

    2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)

    3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. 1 John 1:1-3KJV

    "It Doesn't Take ALL That" - What good thing must I do to have Eternal Life?

    in Christianity

    "I'VE DONE ABOUT ENOUGH" MATTHEW 19:16-17 and 20. The rich young ruler opened a conversation with Jesus by cutting to the point and asking Him a Powerful Question. Notice the rich young ruler response: "I have kept all these....What do I still lack?" He sensed that he was lacking something, or he needed to be told that he was OK, because he had done enough. Picture him in todays culture. He had youth, wealth, position, and power. However, he recognized that he simply did not possess the kind of life that satisfies here and now and gives hope for the life to come. Only real life (Eternal Life) satisfies forever.

    "I CAN'T GO THAT FAR MATTHEW 19:21-22.  I can almost hear the rich young ruler Sighing. How would you respond if Jesus said the same to you?

    DONE THAT-NOW WHAT? MATTHEW 19:27-29  Jesus ansswered  Peter's question with divine assurance that disciples would get rewards. However, there was a matter of timing.

    According to verse 28, when would the rewards come. Jesus clearly stated that believers rewards would come in the Messianic Age, or the Regeneration when the Son of man shall sit upon in the thone of His Glory,or the renewal of all things. Despite Jesus clear answer, the question of WHAT DO WE GET? continues to be asked, some preach the prosperity gospel today, to decieve the saints to give more, this incorrectly promises that people who do good and make financial contributions to certain ministries will in turn recieve health, wealth, or power.

    Jesus taught the gospel of the kingdom, and He said otherwise. We cannot earn eternal Life it is a free gift from Jesus through his sacrifice ....uhmmm.

    Why Does it seem that God doesn't always keep His Promises? 2 Peter 3:3-18. The Point: God works in His time, according to His Plan. MEMORY VERSE: The Lord Is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us. not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

    Righteous Living in a Wretched World: Peter writing to beleaguered Christians in an evil world where false teachers were aggressively spreading dangerous heresies, Peter urged, "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" 3:18.

    Godly Living: Through Christ we have been given everything we need to live godly lives, that through His precious promises, we are partakers of the divine nature. We have been freed from the power of the old corrupt nature. 2 Peter 1:1-15

    Watchfulness: By looking for the return of Christ, we can avoid the sinful traps of the world. We need to take care that we do not become lax in our thinking and actions. God's promise of judgement should prompt us to encourage others to repent and believe in Jesus Christ.

    Why should I build my Life on God's Promises? Hebrews 11:8-11,13-16,39.

    ACT ON THE PROMISE...HEBREWS 11:8-9. We are reminded of the faith journeys of several Old Testament heroes, and we are challenged to follow their examples, trusting our spiritual vision over what our eyes can see. How would you describe the difference between living by physical sight and living by faith? Eyesight helps us see and make decisions about the physical world. Faith, on the other hand, helps us to see, that trusting God to the extent of having assurance His promised blessings are real and the events He has announced will occur. It's being confident that He says what He means and means what He says that it all will come to pass.

    ...EVEN WHEN THE PROMISES HASN'T BEEN FULLFILLED. HEBREWS 11:10,13-16,39.  Many christians today prioritized receiving God's blessings. We just want, want,want more stuff from God. It's as if our commitment to the Lord hinges on a carrot of blessing and fulfilled promises dangling before us. Not so with Abraham. and perhaps the ability to act in faith, even when God hasn't fulfilled His promises, is what seperates the Heroes (of faith) from the zeros.

    REMEMBER THE PROMISOR IS FAITHFUL. HEBREWS 11:11. We must know without a shadow of dought, that God is who He says He is. We must "believe that He exists and rewards those who seek Him" (Heb. 11:6).

    HOW CAN I KNOW GOD WILL KEEP HIS PROMISES? We live in a world where promises are misses and casual and fleeting. The unfulfilled promises of friends and loved ones may let you down, but that is never the case with our promise-keeping God. He always keeps His promises. This is easier said than actually trusted. As time passes, doubt begins to creep in, and we find ourselves questioning God's faithfulness and whether we heard Him correctly. This is why by listen to this blog talk radio through Christ, He will help us stand firmly on God's promises, no matter how long it takes for God to fulfill them.

    Because of who He Is ( 1 Kings 8:22-23)

    Because of What He's Done ( 1 Kings 8:24)

    Because he Keeps His Word ( 1 Kings 8:25-26)
