Last night a Republican caller said that the recent wave of Voter ID laws was not racist, and not designed to disenfrancise minority voters. But the facts are clear, no one can honestly debate that these laws are designed to combat voter fraud.
I will discuss this tonight.
ALEC provides a forum for state legislators and private sector members to collaborate on model bills—draft legislation that members may customize and introduce for debate in their own state legislatures.
The governor of Wisconsin who is considering a Republican presidential run.
Wisconsin anti-union bill is 'word for word' from rightwing lobbyist group. Wisconsin 2015 right to work bill.
The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) is a nonprofit organization of conservative state legislators and private sector representatives that drafts and shares model state-level legislation for distribution among state governments in the United States.

As alway's there;s great original music and commentary on Sax Therapy tonight! I'll talk about Voter ID, I think everyone should have a state ID to vote like they do for everything else in this country. Anybody can give a name and address, I think it's pretty ridiculous that an ID is not required! I'll discuss that and other hot topics! LOL!!! (Always wanted to say that!) and play some pretty good music! In my opinion! Freshen up your ears with Sax Therapy for your Mind, Body and Soul!!! Your station for smooth jazz and inspiration! Your prescription for smooth!
Even as Romney's "Orca" was going belly-up on Election Day, another group of conservatives were enjoying the fruits of labor that began long before voters headed to the polls. As the 2012 campaign began, American Majority Action, a conservative 501(c)(4) social welfare organization, invested in a new tool called "Political Gravity."
Ned Ryun is the founder and CEO of Voter Gravity, a map and mobile-based voter contact technology that turns data into votes. A former writer for President George W. Bush and the son of former Olympic medalist and U.S. Rep. Jim Ryun (R-KS), Ned is also the founder and president of American Majority, a non-partisan political training institute that has trained over 27,000 liberty-minded leaders in the past five years.
Ned Ryun's commentary on grassroots politics and political technology has appeared on media outlets including “The O’Reilly Factor,” ABC’s “World News Tonight,” Time Magazine and The Wall Street Journal. Prior to his current projects, Ned founded and directed Generation Joshua, a civics education program reaching nearly 10,000 middle and high school students.
Currently, every state in America requires voters to prove their identities before receiving a ballot; different states require different levels of proof. Legislators in states across the country are now promoting bills that would require voters to meet more stringent documentation requirements before voting—including presenting photo identification at the polls on Election Day in order to cast a ballot.
There are firm supporters of these bills, who believe that is the most effective way to decrease voter fraud.
There are those who believe that the costs incurred to implement the requirements would be exorbitant, and the principles that would be required under the Constitution would be too stringent.
Others say that it restricts many from being able to vote … mostly older, low-income, and minority citizens.
We perhaps should also consider how Obama’s Amnesty Bill will play into, not only more stringent photo ID requirements … but our overall voting process, in America.
Debbie Barth and her esteemed panel … Linda J Alexander, Bea Kunz, Sandy Estlow, and Eileen Brown … are talking the pros and the cons concerning more stringent voting requirements. Which ladies are voting “Yea or Nay?” Tune into the show and find out.
We invite you … no … we ENCOURAGE you to call in at 323-792-3071 (press the number 1 to talk to the host) and give us your opinion. Are you FOR or AGAINST photo IDs at the polls?
We are always hearing in the news about voter fraud and voter suppression. Tonight I will discuss these issues. The Federal Court just declared Texas Voter ID requirement non constitutional. I say the Federal Court is now non constitutional.
Linda Paine from the Election Integrity Project joins Joe to discuss voter fraud. Many say it's a myth and a red herring, many say the have proof that it's real.
Have you had your healthy dose of reality lately?
There are always at least two sides to every story. Have you ever wondered how someone, who saw the same thing you did, walked away telling a vastly different story? Which version was correct? Which one was the REAL story? Actually, both are! It’s just a matter of perspective.
Joe takes the issues… especially the controversial issues (politics, prejudice, religion, illegal immigration)… and brings in people from different sides to share their viewpoint. This is definitely not a fluff piece. And while no one is attacked, the questions are hard-hitting.
But the conversation is always respectful and you’re sure to learn something new, even if you don’t agree!
If you’ve always wondered how the “other side” thinks and how they’ve arrived at their “stand”, then this is the show for you!
It’s not the right side, it’s not the wrong side, but the REAL side of the issues!
Woman who travel to west Africa has been hospitalized in Portland Oregon who is now in isolation and being tested for Ebola after she developed a high temperature.
Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber said the state has protocols in place for situations like this [however, I'm sure the Obama administration would probably object]
And under the category of we trust everything that our government tells us…
According to a recent article in the New York Times, a bola is a lot easier to catch than health officials have admitted [which is no surprise to a lot of us] For example, health officials have admitted that a doorknob contaminated by a sneeze from an infected person in our or before.
On the CDC website, they also admit thatThe Ebola virus has been found in semen for up to three months therefore abstinence (including oral sex) is recommended.
Oregon is one of the few states this November that is proposing to allow illegal aliens to have driver's cards one our upcoming ballot.
Not surprisingly, there are starting to be reports that there is an unusually high number of voter registrations that are incomplete, problematic, or a duplicate registration.
Although Oregon has vote by mail with by its nature is very vulnerable to fraud, no one has to prove anything to apply for a voter registration and Oregon.
You can bet, the increase in these type registrations is directly due to measure 88.

Patrick Henry said, "Give me liberty or give me death." What does that really mean anyways? Join Shane Krauser, the host of Liberty Storm, as we talk about just that.
1. What did the founding fathers experience and were they really justified in declaring war? Are there similarities between then and today?
2. A federal judge, appointed by Barack Obama in 2011, ruled that the requirement by the State of Texas to present an ID in order to vote is unconstitutional. What about voter fraud? Is this really a poll tax?
3. To listen to the mainstream media and the hysterics of the gun-hating left, guns cause crime. How many times have we heard the shrill cries of astroturf bought and paid for by former NYC former Michael Bloomberg decrying that we need “less guns on the street!” Don't miss this story!
4. This is Jeff "Chappy" Chapman's (Shane's co-host) last day on the show. Listen in to the heartfelt departure.

Welcome to the Seriouside of the jril show. We will be discussing the following topics:
SEGMENT 1: NOT SO FAST REPUBLICANS
This past week, a Texas Judge shot down voter ID saying that the law discriminates against African Americans. What next Republican?
SEGMENT 2: THE LEGACY OF ERIC HOLDER
Two weeks ago, Eric Holder resigned from his position the Attorney General? What will be his lasting legacy?
SEGMENT 3: ANOTHER SHOOTING OF A (UNARMED?) BLACK TEEN
A white police officer working a second job as a security shot and killed an 18 year male who he claimed had a weapon and shot at him at least 3 times. There are some who are comparing this shooting to the shooting Mike Brown. Are we comparing apples to apples?
All eyes are on voter ID Laws. No eyes are on voter registration fraud. Strategic Allied Consultants, (SAC) hired by Mitt Romney, the RNC and Florida's GOP is being investigated for voter registration fraud. SAC is owned by Nathan Sproul, who has been working with and for the Koch bros over the past 20 years. Among other things they are being investigated for altering the information (primarily the name and address) of Democrats without their knowledge or consent.
Join us today 5:30 CST as we raise the subject:
Low voter participation: Have we found other alternatives to voting?
If people are not voting does that reflect voter’s satisfaction or loss of confidence in the political process?
