The maiden voyage of "The Vito and Vito Show" Thursday, February 6, 2014. Tune in as Vito Palmeri and Vito Di Giovanni, two college republicans, discuss GOP policy and actions. Topics include a NYC "salt shortage", snow removal bias and the latest sexting scandals. Special edition for Ronald Reagan's birthday!
On the next edition of Fiber Hooligan (03/17/14) my guest will be Mary Colucci.
Since the mid-1990s, Mary Colucci has served as the Executive Director of the Craft Yarn Council (CYC), a nonprofit trade association that represents major yarn resources, needle/hook manufacturers, publishers, and consultants to the yarn industry. In that capacity she oversees all educational and promotional campaigns for the industry association, as well as monitors consumer research and retailer initiatives. She is also Executive Director of the Warm Up America! Foundation, one of the industry’s leading charities.
Prior to joining the CYC, she was president of CM Communications, a consulting firm, which was formed in 1988 with her business partner Christina Holmes. They handled a wide variety of consulting assignments, including product development and product launches, market research and numerous public relations campaigns.
From 1975 to 1988, Colucci served as Executive Director of The National Needlework Association, another industry group. She organized an extensive network of trade shows, education and public relations programs. Prior to joining TNNA, she was editor of Sew Business, an industry trade magazine.
Mary will be joining us to talk about the CYC, Warm Up America!, and the newest CYC initiative… Changing Global Health One Stitch at a Time. I hope you’ll join us for this show.
Vito and Vito welcome onto the show, the CEO and Founder of WAARadio and newsninja2012.com, the award-winning radio host Wayne Dupree!
The newsninja himself will be coming on the show to discuss some hot issues, such as the current illegal immigration situation, and to discuss WAARadio and his own show, The Wayne Dupree Show.
Once a Democrat, (weren't we all, once?) Wayne is now fighting liberal lies and is spreading the conservative word. Wayne created WAARadio, on LIVE365.com, and syndicated many conservative talk shows, including Brooklyn GOP Radio andThe Vito and Vito Show!
Our new friend from CPAC, Ohio Young Republican Mike Garcar, talks about his new book "Making Conservatism Cool".
Vito and Vito discuss how to make conservatism cool and about the shootings in southern California.
Why is today's society more liberal and not open to conservatism ideas? Especially the youth.
Blame the media, but there may be more...
Earlier today, Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 was shot down in Donetsk, Ukraine, near the Russian border. The United States has confirmed that a surface-to-air missile shot down the aircraft, killing 295 people, including 23 American citizens. Putin is deflecting blame to Ukraine, while many people are wondering if Russian-Sperarists fired the missile.
Also, after a failed cease-fire attempt by Israel and many days of continuous airstrikes back and forth, Israel is has ordered a large-scale ground operation into the Gaza Strip, backed by tanks and bulldozers.
Who shot down Flight 17? What is President Obama and the United States doing about it? And what exactly is going down in Israel?
