People With Attitude Crossing the US Border

    in Entertainment

Now I was inspired to do this show by my friend and guest Brando. This episode we will discuss people that give attitude to the officers at CBP. We will discuss how this is not in your best interest and the possible problems that you may encounter. People not familiar with the system or individuals say things without assessing whom the individual is. At the border, this will clearly result in miscalculating the un favourable end result. Our guest Brando will discuss his opinion of me and I will show our audience how this behaviour at the border can result in an unfavourable disposition.

US Entry Waiver For Admitting to Smoking Marijuana At USA Border

    in Entertainment

Today we will be discussing a very very important topic. The topic is what happens when you admit to smokng Marijuana at the USA border. We will go into detail and explain the inner workings of CBP and why they are so hard on people that admit to smoking Marijuana. We will elaborate how admitting to smoking may cause you to need a US Entry Waiver. This show is different because it mostly focus on people that admit to Marijuana smoking or any drug/alcohol use. We will elaborate on the possible consequences of your actions. We will also give you "our opinion" regarding things that you may "consider"doing to help prevent you from falling into this CBP trap and ways to protect yourself. We feel that this show is especially important because we recently just got many clients that have admitted to smoking marijuana. We welcome all callers.

Crossing the Border With US Entry Waiver

    in Entertainment

Well our soon to be new cohost crossed the border today and she will share her experience dealing with C.B.P. It was a very interesting experience and she has a fascinating story to tell. She learned a lot today and and happily her experience will add to the knowledge database. She was a bit dumbfounded by the questions that they asked her though. This show is excellent for people that have just received their first(and hopefully only) us entry waiver. It may be considered a good template for you to use as you see fit. We will also briefly touch upon whom you should use to resolve your issue(meaning a lawyer or not) and get a us entry waiver(if needed). We welcome all people that want to call in. However we will keep the questions on relevant things surrounding usa border crossing issues and applicable USA immigration law. Trolls be warned! We are also going to talk about scandalous things...Like the games than women play and how being a nice boy will get you to finish last. Like how society has changed and how we have to reign in feminism. So our show will have two parts. We will even be talking about Jian Ghomeshi and why I know that he is innocent

Explanation of What is Considered A Permanent US Entry Waiver

    in Entertainment

We will do a show that will discuss permanent us entry waivers. Now a actual permanent us entry waiver is called a Nonimmigrant Border Crossing Card("BCC"). The BCC can only be used to enter the United States from contiguous territory and only for entry under visitor status B-1/ B-2.

The U.S. State Department has not been issuing the BCCs to Canadians since April 1, 1998.

An INA §212(d)(3) waiver(us entry waiver) issued along with an INS BCC was valid for the duration of the card. Such waivers are valid indefinitely since the old BCCs were valid until revoked.

There are no new regulations permitting the issuance of new BCCs to Canadians. Canadians with these indefinite waivers could continue to use them.

However, there is 2nd way to get cleared for life. Not every conviction will require a us entry waiver. Some CBP officers have no idea whether your offence will make you inadmissible or not. It is easier for them to send you home with a waiver packet than to try and figure it out. By obtaining a "September Letter," will allow the offence that you have been convicted of to be waived permanently. So despite the fact that it is not actually called a pemanent us entry waiver...Your specific conviction is permanently waived based on CBP determining that your offence does not make you inadmissible. We will discuss this process and how to obtain one.

Carson's Corner: The Election Boycott Advocates.

    in Politics Progressive

The Election Boycott Advocates welcome a very special guest to the show. Deputy Editor at the Greanville Post, Alya Rea, joins the show to discuss the relationship between the United States, Russia and Ukraine.

The Following is Rea's bio from the Greanville Post:

Alevtina Rea is a researcher, analyst and writer and a strong supporter of social justice and human rights. For 7 years (2005 – 2012), she worked as an assistant editor with CounterPunch, a leading left political journal in the Anglophone world that exemplifies, along with The Greanville Post and a small cluster of sites, what an oppositional press should be like. She believes that “the role of the media is to educate, inform and shed light where there is none” in order to counter state-sponsored propaganda. Given the appalling criminality and atrocities committed by Western imperialism around the world, she believes that Russia—by opposing such power, and by her growing cooperation with Latin American and Asian countries— offers a new hope to humanity. Ms. Rea is also a contributing author to CounterPunch, Cyrano’s Journal Today, Uncommon Thought Journal,  and the International Journal of Baudrillard Studies. She can be reached at rea.alya@gmail.com.

ROBBY WELLS PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE TODAY! HOSTED BY LAMONT KDIDDY PATTERSON

    in Politics

ROBBY WELLS 2016 PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL BE JOINING US LIVE.

Robby answers the Liberty Candidate questions below:

    I) Re. the U.S. Financial System:
    1. What is your view of the monetary system in the U.S. today?

The United States faces major challenges because of the Federal Reserve (FED). The Fed is a secret society that has devalued the face amount of the dollar by 95%. By printing money out of thin air, the FED has made the value of the dollar plummet and the prices for goods and services continue to climb. The FED does secret deals with top executives on Wall Street, loans money to foreign banks, manipulates interest rates, and has lined the pockets of those in political power. As President, I will push Congress for a full audit of the FED and have it shut down. According to Article I-Section 8 of the United States Constitution, “The Congress shall have Power To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures.” The Constitution does not give the power to a central bank (FED). This will change under my watch.
