Beating Stress, Environmental and Financial Stress

    in Health

We're going to continue where we left off last week, dealing with the ruinous effects of stress on our bodies. There is one source of environmental stress that it nearly ubiquitous, the chemicals in the plastics of bottled water and household detergents and cleaners. We talk about how to avoid them and the problems they produce. Then we tackle the deadliest form of stress, the Number One cause of death in the US and probably the world, financial stress!

I believe I am one of the few Holistic Health Practitioners that addresses this problem. But if we are going to talk about health, how can you ignore the Number One killer?  How do we, the student burdened with college debt, the young family struggling to make ends meet on two salaries, the soon to be or already retired person, afraid that they will run out of money before they run out of life, make more money to eliminate the fear, worry and stress that can sicken and kill us?

To that end, we have invited Winston Thompson to host a Seminar in Philadelphia, Pa next Saturday, the 7th of November. Winston was a Corporate CPA with one of the legendary, Big Eight accounding firms in NY, Arthur Anderson. He then left to start his own tax and accounting firm. Winston Thjompson and Co.which he has grown into one of the top tax firms in Brooklyn, NY. Winston will share his expertise and his experience in starting and running a small business, even examining Franchises,in which he is also an expert, to help fledgling business owners avoid the many misteps and pitfalls so many of us make when startingn our own businesses.

  • Avoiding Public Poisons

    in Self Help

We have been unknowingly exposed to many poisons most of our lives. Small doses of public poisons from pollution and chemicals in food, water, medicines and the environment, are contributing to a variety of degenerative diseases and early death.

The top elite world criminals intentionally undermine our health with stress, poor food choices, ubiquitous toxins in water, food and the air, including fluoride, GMOs, aspartame, msg, agricultural and industrial chemicals, heavy metals, chemtrail sprays in the sky, biological weapons, cleaning products with harmful chemicals such as sodium laurel sulfate or propylene glycol, radiation and electromagnetic pollution (emf) from cell phone and wifi transmissions. Many also suffer from toxic chemical medicine, starting with vaccines.

More than 2/3 of the U.S. population is on some type of routine drug. Mind numbing, cancer causing fluoride has been in most public water supplies for 50 to 60 years. GMOs are very difficult to avoid, especially without labeling. Chemtrails fill the skies multiple days a week.  There are hundreds more environmental toxins in our food, water, air and living spaces.

The motive is to gradually debilitate people with reduced intelligence and diseases that preoccupy attention and bring an end to life as soon as possible after their usefulness to the corporate system has subsided.

Cleansing, including fasting, juicing and support of our elimination systems, is a very important part of natural good health. It is crucial that detoxification be engaged periodically.  Super foods and antioxidants are needed to strengthen and maintain health. Key knowledge, detoxification, a natural lifestyle and emf protection are also crucial to better health with the depopulation challenges we are facing. Learn and prepare with friends and neighbors to take care of your families. We must get together and organize to stop all this and survive.

Rethinking Narcissism The Bad-and Surprising Good-About Feeling Special

    in Self Help

Friday, Oct. 16 @ 1pm (CST) I have the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Craig Malkin, Harvard Medical School psychologist and Huffington Post blogger as he addresses the "narcissism epidemic," by illuminating the spectrum of narcissism, identifying ways to control the trait, and explaining how too little of it may be a bad thing.

"What is narcissism?" The word "narcissist" seems to mean something different every time it's uttered. People hurl the word as insult at anyone who offends them. It's become so ubiquitous, in fact, that it's lost any clear meaning. The only certainty these days is that it's bad to be a narcissist—really bad—inspiring the same kind of roiling queasiness we feel when we hear the words sexist or racist. That's especially troubling news for millennials, the people born after 1980, who've been branded the "most narcissistic generation ever."

In Rethinking Narcissism readers will learn that there's far more to narcissism than meets the eye.. The truth is that we all fall on a spectrum somewhere between utter selflessness on the one side, and arrogance and grandiosity on the other. Malkin deconstructs healthy from unhealthy narcissism and offers clear, step-by-step guidance on how to promote healthy narcissism in our partners, our children, and ourselves.

Join us for a very interesting radio show

    I'll talk to you then,

    The Depopulation Agenda

    in Self Help

The top elites want a major reduction of the world's population to less than a billion people. These world criminals undermine our health with stress, poor food choices, public poisons in food, water and air, fluoride, GMOs, chemtrails, biological weapons, radiation, electromagnetic pollution and toxic chemical medicine such as vaccines, leaving many debilitated with diseases that preoccupy attention and bring an often expensive end to people's lives as soon as possible after their usefulness to the corporate system has subsided.

Public poisons are a major aspect of the depopulation agenda purposely administered by the criminal cabal that runs the world. This is one of the most serious issues we face. These ubiquitous toxins undermine health and shorten life. Mind numbing, cancer causing fluoride has been in most public water supplies for 50 to 60 years. More than 2/3 of the U.S. population is on some type of drug. Chemtrails fill the skies multiple days a week. GMOs are very difficult to avoid, especially without labeling.

We are exposed to pollution in the forms of radiation, agricultural and industrial chemicals, as well as electromagnetic frequencies (emf) from cell phone and wifi transmissions. Many cleaning products, personal care items and lotions contain harmful chemicals such as sodium laurel sulfate or propylene glycol. There are hundreds more environmental toxins in our food, water, air and living spaces.

More and more people are coming to understand that these public poisons are intentional. This depopulation agenda of the world corporate controllers reduces intelligence and undermines health, while feeding the coffers of their medical division.

We must both protect ourselves as best we can and organize to stop all this and survive.

John Carver Show - Think Fast- Talk Smart (Matt Abraham)

    in Self Help

    Anxiety management

So let’s get started with anxiety management. 85% of people tell us that they’re nervous when speaking in public. And I think the other 15% are lying. Okay? We could create a situation where we could make them nervous too. In fact, just this past week a study from Chapman University asked Americans, what are the things you fear most? And among being caught in a surprise terrorist attack, having identity, your identity stolen, was public speaking. Among the top five was speaking in front of others. This is a ubiquitous fear, and one that I believe we can learn to manage. And I use that wordmanage very carefully because I don’t think we ever want to overcome it. Anxiety actually helps us. It gives us energy, helps us focus, tells us what we’re doing is important. But we want to learn to manage it.

So I’d like to introduce you to a few techniques that can work and all of these techniques are based on academic research. But before we get there, I’d love to ask you what does it feel like when you’re sitting in the audience watching a nervous speaker present, how do you feel, just shout out a few things, how to do you feel?

Uncomfortable. I heard many of you going, yes, uncomfortable. It feels very awkward, doesn’t it? So what do we do? Now a couple of you probably like watching somebody suffer. Okay, but most of us don’t.

So what do we do? We sit there and we nod and we smile or we disengage. And to the nervous speaker looking out at his or her audience seeing a bunch of people nodding or disengaged, that does not help. Okay. So we need to manage our anxiety.

    Boston's Ubiquitous Redhead

    in Politics Progressive

From fellow pols to constituents, everyone in Boston seems to love Matt O'Malley. The City Councilor for the West Roxbury and Jamaica Plain neighborhoods (and smidgens of two others) will be on again with us.

He is indefatigable and seems to0 appear everywhere. We'll likely touch on many subjects. He has strong opinions on the city's 2024 Olympics bid and in other sports is likely to talk underinflated footballs. We've had big shifts in the Mayor's office and the police force. He can tell us what he sees there. For some folk, the topics might but mundane, but he heads the city's Environment and Parks Committee and co-chairs the Education one. He has driven the likes of recycling and composting to make Boston cleaner and greener. We'll ask about those and what he sees with the search for a new schools super.

In short, if you want to know that is happening, will happen or should happen in Boston, start with Matt.

    Drowning in Plastic

    Dianna Cohen, CEO and Co-Founder

The Plastic Pollution Coalition is working to help END our cycle of plastics use - yes - END! Dianna was inspired to co-found the group by her work as an artist because her chosen material is the ubiquitous plastic bag. In one bio I read about her she writes: "Having worked with the plastic bag as my primary material for the past fifteen years, all of the obvious references to recycling, first-world culture, class, high and low art give way to an almost formal process which reflects the unique flexibility of the medium." With the Plastic Pollution Coalition, she helps to raise awareness of ocean waste -- the majority of which is nondegradable plastic -- and everyday strategies to cut down the amount of plastic we use and throw away. This show was made possible due to the generous support of The Fairfax Companies.
