Is sportsmanship overrated?
Can Andrew Harrison's comment be considered racist?
Do you think that sportsmanship is only for a certain age bracket/group?
Do you think that teaching sportsmanship, at a younger age, will become confusing as an athlete gets older?
Can you be the best in a sport and also have good sportsmanship?
Should the NCAA give student athletes classes on how to handle the media?
Will people ever stop using an athletes age as an excuse for inappropriate behavior (like the way Stephen A Smith did when speaking about the Harrison/Kaminky situation)?
ABOUT Twila Adams:
Providing Mobile Nail Care services since 1991
Licensed Onyxologist and Instructor since 1993
Certified Reiki Practitioner since 2005
As a child I enjoyed learning about finger nails and toe nails. The interest continued through two years of college and eleven years in the US Army. By 1991 I returned from the U.S. Army. I remember a good friend from high school asking me to give her a manicure. Shortly thereafter I enrolled and completed Manicuring school, passing state exams. Later I completed all required training and state exams to become a Licensed Manicuring Teacher.
Along my journey, in 1994 I broke my neck in an auto accident. Paralyzed only able to only move my mouth and eyes. But that has not stopped me from living. As the owner of Holistic Nail Care Services I still enjoy providing nail care for those who I believe so often go unserved.
Since my accident I have competed in many activities. Miss North Carolina Wheelchair Pageant in March 2003. The pageant is designed to help contestants and winners become advocates for people with disabilities.
