Sports talk and discussion with an attitude for the passionate and hard core fan. Today, we welcome back our Buckeyes correspondent Jim Baird @BuckeyeDaily for a preseason break down of Urban Meyer's 2014 edition of the Buckeyes. We'll talk about the decision of QB Braxton Miller to return and how Ohio State looks in replacing graduated starters Carlos Hyde, Bradley Roby, and others. We'll get into Jim's thoughts on the expanded B1G conference and its new divisions, as well as his conference predictions. Then we'll get into thoughts about the first year of this new era of a college football playoff.
Today's show is about a subject that comes home to roost for many baby boomers ~ what to do with Mom and Dad's stuff? How do you keep peace and tranquility among relatives when emotions overtake the process.
There is not one right way to distribute non-titled property. Many people say they want to be "fair," but ideas about fairness vary. Is is fair to let the oldest decide first? Is it fair to consider only siblings and not in-laws? Is fair the same as equitable? How much does sentiment count? What role does dollar value play? What about financial, emotional and physical needs of family members?
Donna Bell will provide some guidance about those issues and more. We don't have to take on the burden of our parents' stuff ... there is another way ... the Radiant Design Living way!

My guest for today's show is Serena Dyer Pisoni.
In 2001, Dr. Wayne Dyer wrote a book called 10 Secrets for Success and Inner Peace, based on the most important principles he wanted his children to live by. Serena Dyer, one of those children, has contemplated these ideas throughout her life. “Don’t die with your music still in you” has been the most important principle for Serena: to her, it means that you don’t allow yourself to live any life other than the one you were born to live.
In her inspiring book, "Don't Die with Your Music Still in You" written with her Dad, Serena shares what it was like to grow up with spiritual parents.
She touches upon all ten of her dad’s original secrets, imparting her own experiences with them and detailing how they have affected the way she approaches various situations in life.
She shares stories, struggles, and triumphs—and Wayne, in turn, contributes his own perspective. This unique father-daughter collaboration will warm the hearts of all parents . . . and inspire anyone who is looking to find the “music” inside them.
During the show I'll play a beautiful song called "This Gift" and we'll talk about it. The song is on her sister Skye's album and is based on a letter Serena wrote to her Dad. We'll also be talking about the "music" Serena hears calling her now which includes sharing stories from her inspiring book "Don't Die with Your Music Still in You" and we'll talk about her joyful and fun wedding on Maui.
