Are you someone who has always lived outside the box?
Do you have lots of outside the box ideas running through your head but don't know how to get them out? Do people ever try and put you back in the box?
Living outside the box can be scary yet exciting. You can go with the flow without being a conformist and still live the adventure of your own life. But sometimes it can be challenging to do that when people around you don’t understand.
In the episode, you’ll learn how to let go of societal pressures that keep you trapped in the box and allow yourself the freedom to create your exceptional life. Let society know that it is the people who live outside of the box (Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Gandhi, Einstein, and more) that actually keep technology advancing and society evolving. Don't get stuck in the box, join me on today's show and start building your exceptional life.
All Eligible Youth Be At the Jacobs Center Community Room 4/7/15 1:00 PM
Join us and Listen in to get the right information. Let’s teach our youth to excel. That damn X-Box has corrupted some of our children
Finally there is a program that targets our sons, daughters, nephews and nieces and community youth who are looking for a hand up and not a hand out. A program that allows young people who may have made a bad decision or hadn’t yet reached that level or maturity needed to make the right decisions. Metro United Methodist Urban Ministries in collaboration with Leaders of Change and certified agencies which include Plumbing, Certified Nursing Assistant and Sheet Metal are offering the opportunity of a lifetime and we are starting right here in Southeast San Diego on the Leaders of Change Southeast Radio Show and the Southeast Memorial Page. A Paid internship that pays a young person to earn a good wage. This is a Department of Labor funded program. We are looking for motivated young folks between the ages of 17 - 24 who have no adult convictions, who are now or have once been on probation. It is not necessary to be on Probation now nor does it prevent you from being in the program if you are.
Leaders of Change in Collaboration with the Southeast Memorial Page would like to extend our condolences to all the families who suffered these past days. Our prayers are with you and the memories of your lost loved ones will remain in our hearts forever.
While going through our stuff over the weekend, Dad found a boxed game called "College Pursuit". Me being the curious one...I decided to take a look inside...
There was a reason why I feared the SAT's, ACT's and every kind of test there was.
But, my brain burned one night earlier this weekend, after seeing the box, and what was inside, could we turn it into a game show?
We'll put it to the test...
And, we'll have your headlines of the week and catch up on Survivor and The Amazing Race, and other shows on now.
It's Game Show Tonite!
We want to thank you for being a part of our show. Last week we took a look at the Dead Sea Scrolls. In a time where many scholors are working hard to take GOD out of the equation of life, this one discovery using both scientific and historical studies proves many things regarding GOD and his preservation power of HIS word! It is almost funny that during my life time I have seen how science has changed their own rules of what it takes to make something a scientific fact in an effort to confuse the weak minded about GOD! Educational reference books and historical studies are being re-written to try to remove GOD from the mind of man as being what we all need! Many biblical preachers and teachers today are looking for their own twist, spin, and even shock therapy in an effort to get people to think outside of the box to see how much they need Jesus as their saviour! Others give short feel good messages regarding how life can be better with the blessings of GOD without having to make life changing choices to stay connected to a Holy God! They edit the Bible to make their own points while leaving Jesus behind in the dust on what mankind really needs to hear! Easter is coming up next week. The beating that Jesus took that was our debt to pay is no,t and yet is a feel good message. Jesus being mocked, treated as the worst of criminals bearing the shame of the cross that was my debt I owed is not a feel good message. But yet it is! As we continue this week to share more insight into the Bible itself, we ask that you think of this one point. If there is no God that created this world as we know it today? How can his words have survived in our history where many men of power have tried to set themselves up to be Gods on this planet?
