    Trusting Your Inner Voice

    in Spirituality

In a previous show, I talked about trust. The most important relationship you are having on this planet is the one you are having with yourself. It stands to reason then, that you must learn to trust your inner voice. Tune in this week as we give the minimum number of voices in your head. Learn the ones that are you and those that are not. Tonight’s show wants you to discover the actual ‘sound’ of your own voice. That’s right and you may be surprised what it is. Every thought of value is preceded by it. We know from experience that the ego can roar like a lion. It turns out though that our guidance is in the more subtle messages that come from our feelings or Spirit. This kind of communication is sacred because it is outside the realm of cognition or thought. It’s no surprise then that self-doubt and fear are blocks to such trust. Tonight’s show wants you to take some comfort in knowing that your true self is always in direct contact with higher consciousness. Tune in as we discuss improving this ability how to receive clear inner teachings. My work with trauma has validated a ‘spiritual steering mechanism’ or internal GPS that is quite real. It is never off, away, or out of reach. The soul is the satellite or observer and the most important navigational function. Meanwhile, the heart feels the signal, the ego adapts, and the heart points the way. In this you can trust!

    Freeing your Inner Voice

    in Spirituality

We are moving into a time of deep authenticity, and showing up as anything less simply does not work.  We are each challenged to find that inner voice, the truth of who we are, and bring it into the world in a bold and authentic way.  Who we are and what we have to say matters!
Many of us have accumulated layers upon layers of other “voices” that now bury our own.  Clearing out all of those inauthentic voices is not only possible right now, but it is also highly supported.  We are poised to step into a brand new world, one that speaks the language of love and empowers everyone to embrace their own divine spark.  Truly, we’re creating heaven on earth.
To discern one’s authentic voice, one must be willing to feel their way to Truth.  Anything that stifles who we are must be acknowledged, experienced and then released.  It can seem a daunting task, but the rewards outweigh any temporary discomfort we experience in the process of freeing our inner voice.
Sue Krebs combines years of academic study, intuitive skills and personal passion to help you bridge the gap between life as a physical being and your true spiritual nature.  She delivers messages from your Soul in a loving, compassionate and non-judgmental style.  When you’re ready to begin living in alignment with the highest version of yourself, Sue has the tools and the expertise to help you achieve that desire.
She lives in Minnesota with her husband and three teen-aged boys.  Sue has a diverse career background including work as a Professional Structural Engineer, a psychotherapist and an entrepreneur with her own scrapbooking business.  Her open and authentic nature instantly puts people at ease and allows them to explore their own nature without fear of judgment.

    Trusting Your Instincts

    in Spirituality

Instinctive intuition.... It's an unexplainable feeling, a persisitant thought or gut response to a situation you might find yourself in, a person you might be with, a place you might want to go... The list goes on and on.  The great thing is, our gut instincts are most often times spot on, and while many times we don't 'know' exactly why we feel the way we do about something, it's there and more importantly it's correct.  Unfortunately many of us are taught to ignore those instincts and process our worlds based on reason.  Many times in life, everything will look fine, but there is an underlying feeling of things not being quite right.  For many people, that feeling is uncomfortable and  persistant in it's continual nagging.. Until you can all but hear it screaming at you to take notice!   How many times have you followed your intuition only to look back and be grateful that you did...?  Sometimes the confirmation will be yeeeeeears away, and sometimes immediate... On the flip side, how many times have you had a gut feeling but ignored it, only to look back in retrospect wishing you'd have given that feeling the attention it deserved?

Join Mindy and Rene' on tonights episode of Holistic Mystic, broadcasting at 8:30pm Eastern.  We will discuss the importance and life changing ability to learn to confidently trust your intuition....  Your inner knowing ALWAYS knows what's best for you regardless of what anyone's opinion's are of your situation..  We look forward to sharing with you tonight and are very happy to take your calls, answer any questions you might have as well as listen to your stories about trusting your gut!

    Use Your Own Voice

    in Motivation

I'm sick and tired of people always telling eachother who to be and how to be it. We all have our own voices so we can say what we want and our own minds so we can think what we want. And nobody should ever be able to change our opinions. Our voice defines who we are.
