On May 4th, the “Louisville Town Drunks” return to talk to a legend when it comes to Friday the 13th…Tom McLoughlin! For fans of the Friday the 13th series, Tom McLoughlin should be very familiar as he directed one of the favorites of the entire series in Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives. We’ll talk about a variety of subjects beyond just the scope of Friday the 13th Part 6, but of course Friday the 13th Part VI will be a major topic on this very special edition of Travis & Vic’s Drunken Horror Adventures!
In addition to Tom McLoughlin, Darcy DeMoss, "Nikki" from Friday the 13th Part VI will also join us. This is a can't miss show!

I am personally committed here at Taking It To The Streets to bringing to you, our listeners, some of the most uplifting and inspiring interviews, along with some of the most anointed preaching and teaching that you are going to hear this side of the River Jordon, because we are devoted to bringing the word of God in application in order to bring about transformation in the hearts and minds of men.
This week I was joined by Sister Sandra Bailey, Apostle Jaileon Travis, Evangelist Jannie Branch, & Evangelist Michele Knowles for the radio theater production of "The Banquet" And later we will discuss Motherhood in it's all of it's many forms.
Mark your calendars, save the dates, and prepare to join us for a blessing as we give you more of what your "soul" is looking for right here on the Taking It To The Streets, because if people can't come or won't come to the church, the "church" is taking Christ to the streets!
JR was joined by Bossman Show Basketball Analyst, Travis Williams.
On this episode of the Yanks Go Yard Radio Show, brought to you by KNODA.com, host and senior staff writer Ricky Keeler has another two-part episode for you as the New York Yankees continue to win series. They won their fifth consecutive series against the Boston Red Sox this weekend and there was some history. On Friday night, Alex Rodriguez tied Willie Mays for fourth place on the all-time list with 660 home runs.
For the first part of the episode, we will look ahead to the Yankees three game series up in Canada against the Toronto Blue Jays. Ricky will speak with Jeff Morten of Jays Journal about Toronto's recent slide. Is there any concern involving the struggles of Daniel Norris? Plus, they will discuss Miguel Castro as the closer, Toronto's offense showing their strength, and the great success story that has been Devon Travis. Plus, they will give you their hitters to watch and breakdown the pitching matchups.
Then, after the series finale on ESPN, tune into the show as Ricky will be joined by Yanks Go Yard's Matt Curran and Antonio Mendes. They will discuss A-Rod's home run, the good pitching from CC Sabathia and Nathan Eovaldi, and what to make of the Yankees winning five consecutive series?

The question was asked on National Television by a young adult about “where are the "so-called" leaders once the smoke clears?” To take it a step further where are the Church and local leaders? Why does the Church come out to tragic events but all you see and hear are the “so-called” leaders promoting their church or preaching but never offering a solution to solve the ongoing issues in the community? If the Church is part of the Community how come funds going to the church are used to better community by offering afterschool education or skills training? These are some of the questions the youth of today have presented. So what is your take on the issue? Should the Church be doing more if they are for the community? Why do local leaders never offer an active solution that is ongoing?
Solutions that can work if everyone takes responsibility in doing their part.
1. Education on being Financially Prepared - Make a plan to change your financial situation.
2. Enhancing your mind to get out of your own growth - Thinking and seeing beyond what you only know.
3. Stand your ground - When you see others destroying the neighborhood speak up, clean up, and rise up.
4. Reassure your kids that are valuable and they can accomplish anything. Stop putting them and others down. Parents be accountable for what you say.(Stop the cycle of death of our kids of being "P.O.O.R." (People Overlooking Opportunity Repeatedly).
5. Find a mentor that is doing positive and learn from their actions and words.
Participants are encouraged to present their spiritual questions, queries and struggles, whereby the host will attempt with the aid of scripture and the Holy Spirit's inspiration to provide adequate instruction, correction, inspiration and encouragement. Comments and exhortation may also be solicited from the other participants within the bounds of relevance and congeniality. The overall objective will be to create a liberated atmosphere where people feel free and comfortable to share their concerns and get their longtime, internalized questions at the least addressed and ideally answered. This format is being employed to stir discussion and participation amongst God’s people and counter the current spectator, one-way monologue program that is being practiced in most contemporary church worship services today. The goal being to allow the Holy Spirit the freedom, time and interaction to bring knowledge, wisdom, healing and support to the members of Christ’s body, for one another and by one another. As well as, inviting outside seekers of truth into a non-intimidating, non-traditionally religious setting of dialogue, where they can pose their questions without fear of judgment and openness and acceptance in a spirit of love and mutual engagement. Join us as we pierce through the darkness & cut our way through the murky waters of what Christianity has become today, so as to find the freedom that Christ intended us to have, in the same way he taught & shared when he walked & lived life among the people. What was the Act's Church & were we meant depart from it into what Church has become today. And if we have, how did we get there? Join us as we unravel these questions & tackle many more which has made Christianity into what it is today.ian faith.
