March 27, 2015: At Brooke Army Medical Center in Texas, physical therapists often see patients who have suffered a mild traumatic brain injury or concussion in the line of duty. Sometimes the concussion is the result of an explosion in combat. Other times, it might be due to a fall or collision during training.
Lt Col Tony Cromer Jr, suffered a concussion due to a more common workplace hazard, when his head was slammed by an opening door. The effects of that workplace accident, including headaches and dizziness, were the same as they often are for soldiers on the battlefield.
In this episode, physical therapist Miriam Hammerle, PT, Cert SMT, and Cromer discuss his injury and treatment.

More About Keidi Keating;
Keidi Keating experienced a sudden spiritual awakening at the age of 30, after a series of transformational healing sessions. One night, an orb of glowing white light appeared in her bedroom and instructed her to put together a book of Light to assist and support others on their journeys to enlightenment. So following Divine guidance, which showed up as white butterflies, auspicious number combinations, and intense dreams, she gathered some of the planet’s greatest spiritual teachers and authors to contribute chapters. Three years later, after a lot of hard work and synchronistic magic, The Light spilled its rays to readers, attracting international publishing offers almost immediately! Keidi now speaks at spiritual related events, and she continues to write books that empower people to awaken their Divine inner Light. Originally British, after living in Spain for 20 years, she now lives in Ketchum, Idaho. Her website is www.keidikeating.com

Lynn K. Russell shares what she has learned through her extensive investigations of NDEs. Those who have returned from death frequently come back with vastly different ways of seeing the world, others, and themselves. They are more caring, gentle, and have a deeper sense of spirituality.
Russell was the primary researcher for Dr. Jeff Long MD for his book, Evidence of the Afterlife: The Science of Near-Death Experiences, and the owner of the website NDERF (Near Death Experience Research Foundation). Within the many cases she examined and discovered wonderful messages she wanted to share with others. Her book will guide readers toward their own personal discoveries, and is designed for readers who are looking to understand their place in the world.

If you’ve gone through a distructive relationship, you may be struggling with upsetting emotions, frightening memories, or a sense of constant danger. Or you may feel numb, disconnected, and unable to trust other people. When bad relationships happen, it can take a while to get over the pain and feel safe again. Whether the traumatic relationship happened years ago or yesterday, you can heal and move on.
It’s not the objective facts that determine whether a relationship is traumatic, but your subjective emotional experience of the relationship. The more frightened and helpless you feel to move on , the more likely you are to be traumatized.

“The years move forward and everyone is attending to their life’s priorities, focusing on how to be happy, make a living and raise a family. The years turn into decades and sooner or later, (hopefully later) sickness or accidents happen and all are again confronted with the big questions: Why? What’s next? What has this life that I’ve lived been about? As one begins to consider their own eventual departure: What have I been able to do to make things a little better? What have I passed along to make others’ lives more beautiful?” From The Upraised Chalice
Gen O'Neil is an aviation instructor, corporate pilot, marketing agency owner and seeker of the truth and light. He has travelled to many sacred places in the world and lived to tell the stories of his remarkable encounters.
