    Tonight we chinwag with Rob Morphy, who is currently a blogger and illustrator with both Mysterious Universe and American Monsters — the latter of which he is a  co-creator and owner with Marc Storrs.

    Rob is an artist/writer/filmmaker/transient/philosopher/monster hunter - just to name a few titles / professions.  Rob is also a monthly contributor to Spaced Out Radio, as he tracks down all of the weird and odd stories from around the world.  The odder the better, in his opinion.  He is fascinated by the sightings and the experiences people are reporting, from sea monsters to creatures running around the forests and flying in the skies.

As opposed to the institutions validity when homesteading and agriculture was the driving engine behing the economy. Any the engagement ring is encreasingly a hot button topic. Especially with celebs and billionaires constantly shoving boulder sized rocks in the faces of women everyday. Anyway in group we had a debate about women buying their own engagement rings and the legitimacy of said engagement arrangements. So Sunday night we (Kiy Neal, Tim Behtea, Sandy Love and myself Louie DarkSide) will surely have some strong opinions on the phone, the board and the panel. See you then.

    Pete Thomas of Biggest Loser - Sticking to Your Fitness Goals

    Sharon McRill, Owner of The Betty Brigade, will be talking with Pete Thomas from The Biggest Loser about sticking to your fitness goals.

    In November 2005, Pete Thomas walked away from the finale of NBC’s The Biggest Loser a winner - and a loser. He won $100,000 for losing the most weight of all the contestants that season. What he lostwas 185 pounds in only nine short months – most of which he lost at home after being “voted off” by the other contestants.

    At his largest, Thomas tipped the scales at over 416lbs. As a child, Pete never learned about nutrition and exercise due to his transient lifestyle – a result of his mother’s serious mental illness. As a young child, he was left alone or with his younger sister— forced to find food wherever he could. Both Pete and his sister were put into foster care.
