    Guardian talk with Brad

    in Military

JENNIFER ORN I have lived all over the country. I was born in MN and due to my father’s job (Federal Bureau of Prison’s) we moved around a lot. Virginia, California, Alabama, Pennsylvania and Tennessee are all on the list. When I was approximately 16, we ended up back in MN. I’ve also briefly lived in TX and OK as an adult. I received a softball scholarship out of high school to a DII school in MN. After being there for one semester, I realized it wasn’t for me. So, I enlisted in the MN Air National Guard. After completing AF basic training I completed the AF Security Forces Academy. A few months after completing all of my training I returned to my home station in St. Paul, MN. I was then sent to Desert Warfare Training with others from my unit and ultimately deployed for 6 months to Saudi Arabia. After I returned home, I continued my college education. I received my A.S. in Law enforcement and got hired on with a local police department (WI). I attended the WI State Law Enforcement Academy and I worked at that department for a little over 3 years. I ended up leaving that department to pursue a few other things. I ultimately ended up at another department in central MN. After being at this department for almost 2 years, I decided to resign.I am currently a professional dog trainer and animal behavior specialist. I attended a dog training school in TX and will be starting an internship at a dog training facility in another part of TX. I have already started my LLC (Liberty K9 LLC), and am just waiting to return home to get that going full swing.I have 3 awesome dogs, a wonderful boyfriend.

About The Black Family Technology Awareness Association (BFTAA)

As the Black Community grows in size and influence, it is vital for this group and the nation that the gap in technological empowerment between Blacks and the U.S. mainstream be closed.

These "gaps" cause the Black Community to literally become left behind in many situations of life, including advancements at place of employment, benefits in health care, funding for education, home-ownership or automobiles
