This 3-hour SWAS session is the pièces de résistance or the grand prize of our sales system.
Seventy-five percent of life insurance agents, as noted in LifeHealthPro, "The Sales Rep's Lament" http://www.lifehealthpro.com/2015/04/19/the-sales-reps-lament, are not successful. It's not agents' fault. Most agents never receive formal sales training.
Formal sales training is not cheap. It cost my company when I worked in corporate America $10,000 in 1994 for an 8-day class. Most independent marketing organizations (IMO) and name-brand, franchise carriers are not going to pay this kind of money for every agent to learn how to sell.
SWAS is probably the best, affordable solution for agents to get a fast and powerful dose of sales training.
The overall result achieved by agents learning the SWAS sale process is the ability to work with insurance applicants using the same approach. The agent will not have to differentiate the sales approach according to various applicant profiles. Confidence is developed much faster and is stronger using SWAS.
Specific topics covered in Part 2 are:
Rapport Building (different than traditional methods)
Developing Need (different than traditional methods)
The Insurance Application Process
Why Use This Carrier
The Financial Needs Analysis
Getting Referrals with Ease
Thanks for listening to the show.

LABOR DAY...SUMMER'S LAST HURRAH!
LABOR DAY, how it came about; what it means.
LABOR DAY, the first Monday in September is the creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American Workers. It constitutes a yearly tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity and well-being of our Country.
FOUNDER OF LABOR DAY: More than 100 years after the first LABOR DAY celebrated on Tuesday, Sept 5, 1882 in New York City, there is still some doubt as to who first proposed the holiday for workers.

St. Zita was born into a poor but holy Christian family. Her older sister became a Cistercian nun and her uncle Graziano was a hermit whom the local people regarded as a saint. Zita herself always tried to do God's will obediently whenever it was pointed out to her by her mother. At the age of twelve Zita became a housekeeper in the house of a rich weaver in Lucca, Italy, eight miles from her home at Monte Sagrati. As things turned out, she stayed with that family for the last forty-eight years of her life. She found time every day to attend Mass and to recite many prayers, as well as to carry out her household duties so perfectly that the other servants were jealous of her. Indeed, her work was part of her religion! She use to say: "a servant is not holy if she is not busy; lazy people of our position is fake holiness." At first, her employers were upset by her generous gifts of food to the poor, but in time, they were completely won over by her patience and goodness and she became a very close friend. St. Zita was given a free reign over her working schedule and busied herself with visits to the sick and those in prison. Word spread rapidly in Lucca of her good deeds and the heavenly visions that appeared to her. She was sought out by the important people, and at her death in 1278 the people acclaimed her as a saint. She is the patroness of domestic workers. Her feast day is April 27.
