How could we have strayed so far from the biblical picture of the Christian life? It is often referred to as a fight or war (Ephesians. 6:10-20; 2 Timothy. 2:3; 4:7), neither of which are pleasant. Many passages tell us to expect trials and hardship (John 16:33; 2 Timothy. 1:8; 1 Peter 4:12). The abundant life that Jesus promised has nothing to do with a trouble-free life, but rather with having His joy in the midst of tribulation. He stated plainly the requirements for following Him: You must be willing to deny yourself and take up your cross daily (Luke 9:23). You see the cross was not a slightly irritating circumstance; it was an instrument of slow, tortuous death! Join us for Lesson Topic From The Series: Going All The Way In!" You'll hear recurring artists and themes on this show, but you'll never
get outright repetition. A few years into radio broadcasting, I decided not to
air music from the major labels but music from indie artist too. You might not catch music from the same album (or the same artist) two weeks in-a-row.
Superb new releases get airplay every other week--and it's always a
Good radio programmers have hundreds of favorite artists, not ten.
Good radio programmers love thousands of songs, not hundreds.
For these reasons, and because I detest unimaginative radio, when I play
a certain tune, I'm not playing it again for ten years.... SIKE!!! It better be damn
right HOTTT. Of course, if you request the song in question, it will be aired, and
every once in a great while, you may hear a live version of said song,
but generally, I want to draw from other pieces of an artist's catalog,
because I'm in this for the long haul.

Danny and I will discuss the future of road racing in America, how to get more American riders groomed and ready for world championship racing and where the stars of tomorrow will come from.
We will also delve into the FansChoice.TV coverage of road racing in America.
The topics of conversation will go wherever the winds blow with this quick witted team owner who can talk as fast as he thinks. A lively conversation that is almost certain to be entertaining, enlightening and informative will make this episode one you do not want to miss.
Terryl Ebony, Parent Life Coach and Author is the Founder and Director of Misunderstood Youth Development Center in based in N.Y. She is also the Author of Losing Love, having Faith and Finding Hope. Terryl's life's work centers around trying to ensure that parents and children are on the right track to functionality. She understands that in every family there will issues related to the growth and maturity of our young people but she also understands that those issues don't have to cripple us. They don't have to separate us and they don't have to put us in a position where we lose love, faith and support for one another as far as family goes. She understands that if the parent is educated better in the ways of schooling, positive interaction, values and upward mobility that they will pass that onto their children.
It's hard to dispute that when children display behavioral problems in school as well as in the streets that there are usually some issues going on at home that need to be addressed. Terryl Ebony helps these parents to be able to combat these issues with their children so that family services can be avoided. So that the blame game can be avoided. So that incarceration can be avoided. So that funeral services can be avoided for our youth. She has done this for years and is well respected and revered in the state of New York as well as nationally and she will be coming on the show this Wed. to bless us with some good conversation, some good parenting advice and to kick it with us. She may possibly drop a poem or 2 as well. Who knows?
James Robert Webb is a genuine country boy from Kellyville, Oklahoma who found a love of music before he learned to walk. You never know what instrument James may play live, but you can be sure that his voice will captivate you with a voice that is powerful, tender and uniquely country. Influenced by the great Oklahoma vocalists Garth Brooks, Ronnie Dunn and Vince Gill, Webb has a flair for traditional country with a modern bent. When it comes to country music, Webb's influences lie along the traditional side with modern influences. "I grew up listening to the great vocalists-like Jones, Haggard, Twitty, Rogers, Nelson, and Cash. When the new traditionalists came along like Strait, Garth, Randy Travis--it was the best of both worlds. I fell in love with those meaningful, deep ballads like Unanswered Prayers and Diggin' Up Bones and got to rock out to honky tonk tunes like Hard Workin' Man and Chattahoochie." This mixture of influences is clear in his live show as well as his recordings. Born This Day, the first album release on his fledgling indie label, Bison Creek Records, had two singles on country radio. The first single was the title track, cowritten by Webb, a Christian country Christmas song that saw airplay in 30 US markets and charted #12 on the European Hotdisk chart. His follow up, "Long Hot Winter" peaked at #65 on the US national Music Row Chart.
