“Trust your own instinct. Your mistakes might as well be your own, instead of someone else’s.” ~Billy Wilder We have all had our share of toxic relationships, or at least what we thought were toxic. We have all endured the company of people who were not shooting for our highest good. These relationships that were the most debilitating and unhealthy allowed us to not take care of ourselves spiritually, mentally, or physically. Feeling less than ourselves, we compromise our life goals with each second we stay around these people, whether it is friendships or romantic relationships.I call these relationships toxic because the real you withered away into someone you don’t recognize. The label “toxic” means something that drains life and energy. Before you know it, you are weak and feeble, subject to the whim of the person to whom you have given all the power.Today’s show will address Toxic Relationships and all the unhappiness, sacrifices and difficulty these relationships cause us. While some relationships can open your eyes to new perspectives and expand your awareness, these types shut you down and hinder your development. Find out why you don’t have to sacrifice your happiness for what other people think is right. Also we will explore how to stop living in fear, suffocation and judgment. This show will help you to listen to your intuition and not your logical mind, for true happiness.
