We all surley know about the PGA and LPGA tour stops that are here each year. But there are more than just the well known events.
The ladies have the Semetra and Cactus Tours. These are professional tournaments that are played for money that is ut up by the players themselves.
The men have the Dreamchasers and Gateway tours that operate pretty much the same.
They are all professional tours and can be stepping stones to the "big tours."
For the most part these players are trying to garner playing experience and sharpen their skills in hopes of moving on to bigger and better events and purses.
Our conversation tonight will be a followup up on Tuesday's talk about the Acenture stop in Tucson and the hurdles the tours face to be viable and continue to provide a place to play for these up and coming professionals.

Her recent project, Star Tours, was a participatory exhibition located within a 16 foot truck, which traveled to sites throughout Los Angeles. Star Tours was a nomadic initiative intended to draw connections between local communities and cross-cultural narratives of the Jewish Diaspora. Her exhibited work referenced cartography, graffiti and Los Angeles iconography to explore identity and place. Visitors were invited to participate in the project in a variety of ways.

The joy of Italian Food and Italian Cooking comes through in Domenica's voice. We talk about her 5 amazing cookbooks: The Glorious Vegetables of Italy, The Glorious Pasta of Italy, Big Night In - More than 100 Wonderful Recipes for Feeding Family and Friends Italian-Style, The Glorious Soups and Stews of Italy, and Rustic Italian.
We talk about what makes Italian food so wonderful for your heart and soul, how to enjoy the simpler things that Italy delivers, and how you're now able to find many more Italian vegetables here in the U.S.
Domenica also shares her love of her region of Abruzzo and why her tours are a great way to enjoy Italy's greenest region. From hilltops dotted with castles to the beaches Abruzzo is the place to be. It's also home to my most favorite Italian wine.
