As part of my Disney trip planning I've discovered a lot of touring plans for places for the parks. They've been very helpful and so I thought it would be nice to do some touring plans for some of the places I've visited. While I've done an episode on the Iowa State Fair before, I hadn't done an actual plan where I go through and tell you how to tour the fair. That's what I'm going to do today, take you exactly where to go at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines, Iowa. From the Big Boar to the Old Mill find out how to go to have the most fun at the Our State Fair because it's a Great State Fair!

Colin E. Davis considers himself to be an artist above all else. His broad skill set has earned him many titles, from professional touring musician and audio engineer, to legal theorist and life coach, to spiritual alchemist and philosopher. His research into the September 11th events beginning in 2004 brought him into contact with the darker elements of western culture, thus beginning his journey into spiritual shadow work. Together with his partner Melissa Mari, he is the author of Shadow Tech, a modern alchemical work that aims to demystify human darkness through a systems level approach, and explores spiritual practices for balancing the human psyche.
Melissa Mari is a life-long performance artist and singer with a background is theatre, folk, jazz and heavy rock styles. She healed herself of cervical cancer in the mid-nineties, when her investigations into the realms of the shadow began. Now, she teaches effective methods for transmuting destructive shadow energies. Together with Colin Davis, she is the coauthor of Shadow Tech, and the co-director of the musical multi-media project The 01 Experience. She is a Life Artist and a dedicated spiritual alchemist. Vocal powerhouse and Troy, NY native Terrell 'T-REX' Simon started delivering soul-stirring music at the age of six, when he discovered his gift singing in the church. He got his professional start in New York City while performing with a traveling choir throughout the region. In 2003, his connections led him to platinum-selling singer-songwriter/producer Lyfe Jennings who took him on the road with his act. T-Rex began touring with such major artists as John Legend, Beyonce, Anthony Hamilton, and Musiq SoulChild. As a huge fan of Dave Hollister, coming up he adopted a similar sound, patterning his voice after the vocal sensation, and later touring with him as a backup singer. His TV appearances include Jimmy Kimmel, Good Morning America, David Letterman, Jay Leno, 106 & Park, and The Monique show, among others. The pivotal moment in his career came when he appeared on MTV Unplugged with Neyo, which gained mass exposure for him.

The Total Tutor Neil Haley and Coach Karen Hall will interview Chuck Cooper, Jr. Will Discuss His Legendary Father And His Foundation.
About the Foundation
The Chuck Cooper Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit dedicated to honoring the legacy of Chuck Cooper by helping further the education of our young people. The mission of The Chuck Cooper Foundation is to continue the legacy of Charles “Chuck” Cooper, the first African-American drafted into the National Basketball Association, by awarding graduate-level scholarships and by providing comprehensive leadership development, professional skills, and opportunities to underserved students.
As he approached his graduation from Duquesne in 1950 with a bachelor’s degree in education, Cooper signed on with the famed touring all-black Harlem Globetrotters team. On April 25, 1950, Cooper was selected in the second round of the NBA draft by Boston Celtics owner Walter Brown. When an associate pointed out that Cooper was black, Brown answered that he didn’t care whether Cooper was “striped, plaid, or polka dot.”
The 6-foot, 5-inch, 200-lb. Cooper made his debut with the Celtics on November 1, 1950, and he went on to produce a strong rookie season. He played in 66 games, averaging 9.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game and sparking a renaissance in the Celtics’ drooping fortunes. Cooper formed bonds with his teammates, including future Celtics great Bob Cousy, with whom he would sometimes go out in the evening to listen to jazz concerts. During his basketball career, in addition to playing with the Celtics, Cooper also played with the Milwaukee Hawks and the Fort Wayne (Indiana) Pistons. While with the Pistons, he played in the 1956 NBA Championship.
