    in Finance

    TODAY'S SPOTLIGHT

CALIBER HOME LOANS MORTGAGE SERVICING ABUSES DUAL-TRACKING VIOLATIONS FREDDIE MAC MHA HAMP FALSE DENIALS CONSUMER RIGHTS APPEAL OPPORTUNITY KNOW YOUR RIGHTS CFPB

    "the daily complaint"

Every weekday we answer client complaints on The Daily Complaint to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.

I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need.  The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just piranhas but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.

We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on The Daily Complaint and I thank you for your continued support!

We hope you enjoy the Show...

Week 2, 2015: The Gang Plays a Doubleheader

    in Sports

Join host Jesse Goldberg-Strassler and the voices of the Toronto Blue Jays' Minor League system for insights and anecdotes from a weather-addled first two weeks of the season. At Single-A Lansing, the Lugnuts sit atop their division thanks to dominance from Chase De Jong and Shane Dawson and a loaded offense. A-Adv. Dunedin's offense has been scuffling but Jairo Labourt and a strong bullpen are impressing early. The toast of Double-A New Hampshire is Matt Boyd, the Eastern League's best pitcher through three starts. And at Triple-A Buffalo, the first place Bisons have the best pitching staff in the International League. All this, plus talk about Alberto Tirado, Anthony Alford, and more. Use #AroundtheNest to send in your questions.

NBA Playoffs: Analysis of each series through 4/23

    in Basketball

Through April 23, three series are three games in, while the rest have played two. I'll run through each series to this point, along with some of the headlines that have been created since the playoffs have began, such as the Rajon Rondo saga.

In the Eastern Conference, everything seems to be holding true to form, but I thought Toronto would put up more of a fight.

Out west, it looks like I gave Portland too much credit, while those doubting the San Antonio Spurs should look back at the last five years and simply ask themselves why they thought now was the time the defending champs would crumble.

"Writing a hook or humming a melody is medicine,” Grima says.  Let Sugar & Cream be the prescription for your perfect playlist.
