In this edition of All Subjects Everything, we'll wrap-up last night's completed World Series, which sa the Kansas City Royals pick up their first World Series championship trophy in 30 years.
Also, we'll talk some points of interest from Week 8 in the NFL, including Todd Gurley's insane rookie year so far, the Bengals STILL being undefeated and just how valuable Tony Romo really is.
The Chicago Bears beat the St. Louis Rams 37-13 yesterday, their second straight road win and fourth win in six games. Zach Miller and Jeremy Langford continued to impress on offense while the defense shut down the previously unstoppable Todd Gurley. With the Broncos and Packers looking vulnerable and a soft schedule after those games, can the Bears actually have a winning season? The team's growing confidence certainly makes it appear like anything is possible on any given Sunday.

The Bears will try for their second win in a row when they face the Rams in St. Louis on Sunday. Standing in their way is one of the best defenses in the league with hard hitters and a fast secondary. They'll also have to try to slow down rookie phenom running back Todd Gurley. How will they manage? The Bulls announced earlier this week that they purchased an NBA Development League team, which will begin to play in the 2016-17 season. Get ready for minutes, rookies! Plus, my fantasy football picks for Week 10.

After 2 days on the road, going from Mpls to L.A., and writing this from Culver City, my head's not all there. But.. there's too many of you who hate the show (see last week's show), so I'm doing it, and the motivation for it is palpable. NFL Week 9! It's the start of the 2nd half of the season, and the storylines are thick. Never before have there been this many teams undefeated at the midway point, so the question is obviously who has the nugs to keep it going? Honestly, I could care less who does, just as long as somebody does, so Mercury Morris can finally suck it. Patriots are the logical choice.. the Bengals are the sexy pick.. The Panthers may have the best shot.. And the Broncos D is now being looked at as one of the best ever.. Which one powers on, and which one fails epically? Let's talk about it (and your feelings)..

Coming off a very satisfying victory in San Francisco, Chris and Adam break down another NFC West opponent for the Green Bay Packers this week with the St. Louis Rams. Despite facing the a superstar in the making in Todd Gurley, Ol' Bag of Donuts isn't too worried as the Packers may now have a (gasp!) top-10 defense? However, things aren't all unicorns and butterflies on the other side of the ball, where the questionable tackle situation now faces their toughest test yet this season. Do the guys think they can hold up for the victory?
