Simona Goldin, the gal behind Glow30.com, She's a mom to a beautiful little girl, a wife to an awesome husband, an online entrepreneur, and most importantly, a lover of all things healthy. As someone with a severe case of Hashimoto’s Disease – a hypothyroidism condition that affects weight gain, stamina, mood & fertility – She can tell you there is sometimes no outright cure to that illness/food allergy/weight issue affecting you. Desperation led her to realize that with the help of proper nourishment, She could reduce my symptoms without overdosing on medication (which often has side-effects worse than the condition you are treated for). It took several years of personal research, many different doctors, nutritionists and even scientists, to find the tools she needed to get a grip on my health through food. It also took lots of experimenting with diets, cleanses and juice fasts to learn that most of it is total B.S.! This blog and the Glow30 Reset Program is here to support and serve you. Her team and her will do our best to provide you with the juiciest info on healthy living for women. In this inspiring conversation Simona and I discuss how moving from Lithuania to America and from America to Malaysia had an affect on her health and wellbeing and how she overcame it through diet, meditation and being at peace with yourself and deciding to love the relationship with yourself and your food.

Hosted by The Real Food Revivalist, Erin Chamerlik
Get Better Wellness, Inc. www.GetBetterWellness.com Brentwood, TN
As the Real Food Revivalist, I believe that many of the "modern" diseases of our society are the result of factors that we can influence or control. On this show we talk about real food for real life. How to make changes that matter. It is time to get back to an ancestral way of eating and stop taking our nutrition advice from those who are not science-based.
One-on-one consultations provided local and long distance, in person or via the telephone or internet.
I use Real Food nutrition and quality supplementation to help improve chronic conditions including overweight, type II diabetes, high blood pressure, PCOS, skin conditions, pain, GERD, brain fog, migraines, fatigue, fibromyalgia, depression, autoimmune conditions and more.
My plan will help you uncover hidden food sensitivities, detect candida overgrowth, dysbiosis, and leaky gut. You will have a solid plan to heal your digestive tract and restore health and vitality.

Uncompromising- not willing to change a decision, opinion, method, etc. not willing to make or accept a compromise. A prophetic person but be tolerant but uncompromising.
We are called to be uncompromising and we see an example of this with Samuel. As we read the story of Samuel we see a prophet of God. We see his heart was devoted to God's highest and fullest thought, and inwardly he had no compromise yet he shows a marvelous charity toward Saul during those early months.

Fasting is beneficial whether you fast partially or fully.
One day fasts on a consisitaent basis will strengthen your spirit over time and give you the ability to discipline yourself for longer fasts.
Three day fasts with just water are a powerful way to see breakthroughs.
Fasts longer than three days should be done by people with more experience in fasting.
Long fasts are not recommended unless there is an emergency or if one is led by the Holy Spirit to do so.
A partial fast can include some food such as vegetables and can be done for long lengths.
Complete fasts consist of water only, and water is important to cleanse the system of toxins that are released through fasting.
The Holy Spirit will reveal to you when you need to fast.
A fasted lifestyle is a powerful lifestyle.
Stress symptoms may be affecting your health, even though you might not realize it. You may think illness is to blame for that nagging headache, your frequent insomnia or your decreased productivity at work. But stress may actually be the culprit.

When to seek help
If you're not sure if stress is the cause or if you've taken steps to control your stress but your symptoms continue, see your doctor. Your doctor may want to check for other potential causes.
Also, if you have chest pain, especially if it occurs during physical activity or is accompanied by shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness, nausea, or pain radiating into your shoulder and arm, get emergency help immediately. These may be warning signs of a heart attack and not simply stress symptoms.
The Task Force on Systemic Pesticides is the response of the scientific community to concern around the impact of systemic pesticides on biodiversity and ecosystems. Its intention is to provide the definitive view of science to inform more rapid and improved decision-making.
It advises two IUCN Commissions, the Commission on Ecosystem Management and the Species Survival Commission. Its work has been noted by the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice under the Convention on Biodiversity (CBD) and was brought to the attention of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) – on which four members of the Task Force serve - in the context of the fast-track thematic assessment of pollinators, pollination and food production.
