We will discuss what's new with his band The Hi-Z's, his personal disdain for the term "Punk Rock" and the genre in its entirety, and his groundbreaking documentary about gender biases in the music industry.

The AntiSocialite Gets Ass-Kicky with a Metal Slut MMA Fighter then Gets BAGGED on By Laura Feline Productions CALL IN NUMBER (917) 889-8220 Streams live, Friday at 3:00 pm (PST) at the following link: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/antisocial/2013/04/26/theadora-and-kai-from-the-metalslut-podcast-talk-shop Kai Laigo from the podcast that started it all, www.MetalSlut.com, inspired me to start my own podcast after appearing as an in-studio guest at the infamous Studio 13 in Hollywood, CA. Kai is not only a podcast host, he is also an audio engineer, musician and MMA Fighting transplant from Hawaii who is known to have been seen cavorting around town with the likes of Chong of "Cheech and Chong" and Lance Bass... Kai joins us on AntiSocial Commentary to talk shop and give would-be podcasters advice on starting a podcast of your own with limited resources. I also ask Kai about audio recording tips and his tried and true engineering techniques. Finally, I get ass-kicky with Kai, as I pick his brain about his legacy in the MMA fighting scene. Afterwards, LAURA, of LAURA FELINE PRODUCTIONS stops in to BAG on the AntiSocialite and talk about her upcoming, not-so-secret, top-secret productions in the works.

Episode # 4
John O' Donovan may be better known for being an original member of the influential OC punk band The Adolescents in the 80's, but I know him best as Jay O' Clownovan of the Yeastie Boys.
A band that started as a joke, but this punk band / circus sideshow has really been hitting the big top in the past years, gaining legitimate success as a band and a huge following. It's no surprise really. They are less of a band, and more an experience, as their shows are the closest thing you can get to a circus without the animal abuse. Yeastie Boys put on a great stage performance, as they god- dammed well should. To make a Yeastie Boys, you just slap together musicians from the influential punk bands of yesteryear and viola! Clown Punk. Listen in as I ask Jay how the notoriety and status of being a musical clown attributes to his self actualized success in life. Also, will he make me a balloon animal and can I throw a pie in his face? For those aspiring balloon animal artists out there, Jay shares his tried and true tips and tricks for getting ahead in the cutthroat balloon animal industry.
