    Journaling and Emotional Resilience

    in Business

Back in 1995, Kim founded Upward Motion, a company that used simulation software to identify top performers for companies to hire. What she found was that there is one differentiating factor between top performers and everyone else: they have a high degree of emotional resilience. This means, the ability to bounce back from diversity quickly. She also discovered that journaling drastically sped up this process. Kim has since designed Frame of Mind Coaching, a coaching program that combines thinking tools and journaling, using her JournalEngine™ Software, with incredible success.

Kim Ades, MBA is president and founder of Frame of Mind Coaching and JournalEngine™ Software. Author, speaker, entrepreneur, coach, and mother of five, Kim is one of North America's foremost experts on coaching with a focus on mindset and thought mastery. By using her unique process of combining coaching with journaling, she works with clients who are intelligent, driven and ambitious, and helps them examine and shift their thinking in order to yield extraordinary results.

The Devil has an Abiding Hostility to the Church and Its Divine Imperative

    in Spirituality

The missional imperative of the church is to preach the Gospel to the unsaved and teach the people of God the Word of God.  This divine mandate is not without its problems because the devil ever seeks to hinder the Gospel.  Church History teaches that when a servant of God cannot go on the Word of God does not stop.  The world is being caused to pass away by the power of God, and the devil knows this to be true.  Unlike many theologians, the devil knows that the Word of God is real.  The devil knows that he cannot stop the plan of God, therefore he seeks to hinder his plan.
