What do you get when your very existence is governed by a beauraucrat? You get America as it is developing today. From the freedom of making bad decisions to the government making the right choices for you, we are slowly slipping into hypocracy.
The recent developments in the US Supreme Court and the Circuit Courts indicate that the fight for the very soul of America continues. Join me to discuss the little things that make up the big ones. From the free speech rights of Right to Life advocates, same sex marriage as a protected right under the 14th Amendment all the way to the end of the Soda Ban in our largest city, America is always something worth talking about.

Is THAT the answer from a fascist like Bloomberg?? HIDE things we don't want people to buy??
So...do we hide donuts, cookies, and bacon??
Do we hide copies of the Constitution?? Or how about OBAMA'S books??
The latest stupidity from the Nanny State...
I also went on about the Law of Attraction and our spiritual side, which I argue is our most important side.
Has the Non Aggression Principle failed? The filmed execution of journalist James Foley and the apparent destruction of minority groups in Iraq at the hands of the savage ISIS fundamentalists has even steadfast Libertarians questioning their view on foreign policy. Are the interventionists now vindicated? Is it time to just admit that Lindsey Graham loves us and wants us to be safe ? Should we drool and shit our pants in fear ? Isn't it just time to get on the freedom train, eat our freedom fries , suckle the chaffed nipples of the nanny state , pull the warm blanket of homeland security over our eyes and be grateful that the sages of the U.S. govt. are hard at work protecting us all ?
On BHtv, we are all about personal freedom and equiping you to make sovereign decisions for yourself and your family.
So, with much talk in the media of the "Nanny State" taking over in America, you might think we are totally against it.
Today on Biblical Health Radio, Dr. Jeff and Chaim discuss how we got to such a ridiculous state of affairs, and what a proper Biblical response is to "The Nanny State".

The most amazing moment in Mrs. Doubtfire isn't when poor Robin Williams is stuffed into his pantyhose and cumbersome padding beside a swimming pool on a hot day, or when his Mrs. Doubtfire “boobs” almost catch fire, or even—in the extended sequence that leads to his unmasking as the father to his children as well as their female Scottish nanny—when he dashes around a restaurant furiously getting in and out of drag.
It comes right at the end in a voiceover, and it is—for a Hollywood film—a radical ending in every way: an ending that does not see a husband and wife reunite, or a broken family glued back together. Instead, a new kind of mainstream movie family takes shape—two separated parents, united by their much-loved children.
And then, after that, Mrs. Doubtfire herself gives a speech that emphasizes the various definitions of what “family” can encompass.
The significance of this is in the film’s year of release: 1993 was in the white heat of the culture wars, the year after arch-homophobe Pat Buchanan addressed the Republican National Convention to tell the assembled that the agenda that Bill and Hillary Clinton “would impose on America—abortion on demand, a litmus test for the Supreme Court, homosexual rights, discrimination against religious schools, women in combat—that’s change, all right. But it is not the kind of change America wants. It is not the kind of change America needs. And it is not the kind of change we can tolerate in a nation that we still call God’s country.”

After Krystyna and Corinne decide they simply must address the elephant (dressed as a genie, dressed as an extraterrestrial, dressed as a nanny, dressed as Rainbow Randolph, dressed as a children's doctor, dressed as a photo technician, dressed as a big little kid...) in the room and Krystyna emotionally explains how depression has played an unfortunately large role in her life, the girls of Sorry About Last Night regroup to talk about, well, er, fuckin'. While heterosexual 'sex' is usually understood as an act with penis/vagina touching, sometimes one can drink too many whiskey sours and mouth/vagina touching just seems cozier. This week, for a nice change of pace, the girls sit down with ISAAC, a fancy producer whose face Corinne has sat on (too much?). The three talk about the power of the puss (it can get a pack of Starbursts delivered to your apartment at 11PM on a Friday night), the number of women the man you think adores you is actually courting and how Corinne is basically insufferable.
Chris Gethard's blog entry about his depression:
