Time has changed so much, and relationships just aren't what they use to be. Tonight's segment you will get your chance to express your views on this topic. Would you rather be someone's side piece, or their main attraction? If you don't quite understand, allow us to break it down. A side piece is there, to do all the things that the main attraction just won't do. However, being the side piece limits the time you share. Some people would rather be the side piece. It allows them, to do what they want to do, and they also don't have to put up with all the things the main attraction does. Now the Main Attraction; provides, and give them what they need. They also have to put up with a lot of things, that the side piece will never have to endure. So we will ask you again; Side Piece, or Main attraction.....Which do you prefer? However, in the first hour you will get your chance to speak with this weeks special guest Tumika Cain. She is an award winning author, media personality, publisher, and a poet. She will take you on a journey in her world. Tune in for this hot segment, that you just don't want to miss. Yes, we are still turning up for your co-host Authoress Carolyn B. bday. We hope to see everyone in the playhouse.
Almost everyone is doing itor knows someone thats doing it; some good and some not so good. Having a guy or girl on the side is like coppin the new Jordans these days. It has always been a badge of honor of sorts for men, but in the past the women that were a part of this love triangle were considered evrything unholy. In todays social media crazed society, women that garner the title of side chick are looked upon far more favorably. Tonight we tell you how to be a side piece. I know, its not the most ethical thing to do but since your doing it anyways we are going to tell you how to do it well!

Each year the conference is attended by families of the missing as a place to network, learn and gather together with others who are suffering the same losses. It's a place where they feel safe to share, cry, and laugh together as they continue their journey to find their missing loved one.

Today's show is dedicated to remembrances of the conference and what attendees take away each year as inspiration to continue, either as a family member, advocate, or law enforcement.
The Transcendent Mind The Missing Peace in Emotional Wellbeing with Sunita Pattani
Does contemporary psychotherapy really work in healing the various types of emotional damage that many experience throughout their lives? Or is it only putting a small band-age on a much bigger problem? Author Sunita Pattani writes in her new book, The Transcendent Mind: The Missing Peace in Emotional Wellbeing, that without under-standing the connection between mind, body and spirit, we can never be wholly healed. The integration of the spiritual with the science of traditional psychology can lead to a deeper and transcendent understanding of our existence and purpose, allowing us to live fuller and more meaningful lives.
The Transcendent Mind takes the reader through the four elements of the Transcendent Healing Process, which includes the role of nutritional healing, and how healing our body can accelerate the process of healing our minds. She also discusses in length the phenomena of both near-death experiences and out-of-body experiences and why they contribute to the understanding of the nature of our own reality.
For those in the Washington DC area you have a great opportunity to see Sunita in person.
On the Thursday, the 30th of April she will be conducting The Missing Peace in Emotional Wellbeing Workshop at Alchemists Books and Gifts in Richmond VA and on
Saturday the 2nd of May she will be speaking about The Transcendent Mind - Emotional Healing: The Complete picture at The Sacred Circle Bookstore in Alexandria VA.
