    Susan Albers PsyD is a clinical psychologist at the Cleveland Clinic.  She graduated from the University of Denver and did her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Notre Dame.  Dr. Albers completed her post-doctoral work at Stanford University.  She has written six books on the topic of mindful eating including Eat.Q., Eating Mindfully, Eat, Drink & Be Mindful, Mindful Eating 101, 50 Ways to Soothe Yourself Without Food, and But I Deserve This Chocolate.  Dr. Albers was awarded the University of Denver, Master Scholar Award.   She conducts mindful eating workshops and lectures on 5 Easy Ways  to Boost Your Eat.Q. internationally.

    Joe Tatta is a physical therapist and nutrition expert. He is co-founder of Premier Physical Therapy & Wellness, one of the largest outpatient physical therapy providers in the New York Tri-State area, with multiple locations throughout Manhattan, Westchester and Connecticut. A licensed Physical Therapist and board certified in orthopedics from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and a certified hand therapists from the American Society of Hand Therapists.     Wendy Hilliard has long been a major force in women's sports. She was the first African American to represent the United States and remained on the Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team a record setting nine times; serving twice as National Team Captain.  In 2008, Wendy was inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame. She was a four-time US National Team Coach. Wendy Hilliard was the first African American and gymnast to become the President of the Women’s Sports Foundation. Wendy’s own non–profit organization, the Wendy Hilliard Foundation “WHF”, has provided free gymnastics for over 10,000 inner city youth in NYC since 1996.  More will be read during the show.

    are twins who were born and raised in Hawaii on the Island of Oahu. They are 19years old. They started as gymnast at Hawaiian Island Twisters with their dad as their coach. The gym used to be connected to a dance studio called 24-VII danceforce. Watching dancers there inspired them to begin dance. They quickly fell in love with dance and have been dancing ever since. They are most known for being on the last season of MTV's America's Best Dance Crew with crew, 8flavahz. Since then, they have been in Ciara's "Got Me Good" music video and have performed in live performances with her as well.  They danced with the Jabbawockeez in the COKEred campaign/commercials. They have also made their appearance known in the Britney episode of Glee. Now, they are on the World of Dance tour with their crew 8flavahz. Their dream is to inspire.
