Meelah - R&B Vocalist and Actress 3:15pm
Kameelah Williams, aka, Meelah was born & raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ironically enough she became the lead singer of the multi platinum trio 702, which is the Las Vegas area code. Meelah was deemed the voice of the group by her position as lead vocalist on 702s chart topping singles such as the Missy Elliott produced "Steelo"& ladies' anthem "Where My Girls At", which stayed in the top 20 for more than 30 weeks on Billboard's top 40 pop chart, earning a nomination for an American Music Award. Her sultry lead vocals were also displayed on an array of other 702 hits including the R&B top 10 power ballad "Get It Together". The instant popularity afforded 702 the opportunity to work with Nickelodeon on their hit tv show "Cousin Skeeter" on which Meelah sang lead for the theme song.
For this show we introduce you to the very talented Jackie Gray. Emerging artist, Jackie Gray, brings a combination of sultry vocals and piano mastery to her debut album, creating a genre all her own. An authentic singer/songwriter, Gray’s music is a tribute to the vintage-era songstresses of the past. Her soulful yet torch/jazz-inspired voice has a timeless sound that was made for both an antique gramophone and a modern radio.
A Nashville transplant, Gray ventured from Seattle to the Music City in 2011, originally anticipating breaking into country music. After teaming up with 27-year music veteran and producer, Jim Reilley, she spent the last several years crafting a style that blends decades and genres into one sound.
With smoky, impassioned singing and an updated nod to the great musical standards, Jackie weaves a tapestry of intelligent lyrics and delightful original ,yet familiar music. Host Mitch Ruth, will ask Jackie about the journey to her unique style, the differences between making music in the Pacific North West and Nashville, and what is coming up in her musical career. Mitch may also get to ask the fabled question, "If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it; what is the best beginner piano method book to use with a six-year old?"

Mario has extensive training in the Military, Sports, Yoga, and many years of Martial Arts experience. His Sports Medicine education adds to his understanding of the bio-mechanics and health of the Body, Mind, and Spirit. He’ll share his expertise with Fadia in Eastern mindful movement.
Jon Stewart's directorial debut. Rosewood is the true story of journalist Maziar Bahari's capture and imprisonment in 2009 in Iran. Based on nothing more than his 'bearing witness' to the demonstrations following Iran's elections and his interview with Jason Jones of the Daily Show.
A native New Yorker, AxelJordan uses his sultry vocals and melodic flows to display the intimacy behind the lyrics of his songs. With a versatile vocal range comparable to Jason DeRulo, the rhythmic instrumentals of his bouncy tracks are reminiscent of Usher.
