Disrespect during the Star Spangled Banner

    in Current Events

This was a requested show topic from my cousin who saw this at her son's graduation from bootcamp. She was not happy and I could only imagine what she saw. I can remember a time when hats were off, there was NO talking or moving during the Star Spangled Banner but now hats are on because God forbid you have to take off your snap back, people talk on cellphones, smoke, chew gum and do anything else they want. This is our National Anthem! People even disrespect the flag. Most of us grew up singing the Star Spangled Banner so we know what to do and we are to train up the younger generation but when we as the adults don't set the example then there is a problem. Military personnel please be an example and not a bad one. You were trained better than that!

FREEDOM’S GATE: Sing It America’s National Anthem celebration update

    in News

WASHINGTON, August 19, 2015 – On September 14, 2015 at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C., Sing It America will bring those that love our Star Spangled Banner together to celebrate the past year's "National Thanksgiving for the Star Spangled Banner."

Last year, Sing It America, officially partnered with the government commission Starspangled200 and Friends of Ft McHenry to secure passage of U.S. Senate Resolution 550. Resolution 550 designated the period of September 2014 through September 2015 as the year of National Thanksgiving for the Star Spangled Banner.

The senate resolution encouraged, “All state and local governments and the people of the people of the United States to observe this period of thanksgiving with appropriate ceremonies, activities, educational outreach and reflection.”

All Americans from every corner of the nation are being encouraged to sign up and register right now with Sing It America to join in the historic festivities that day, according to Selena Owens, Sing It America’s Communication’s Director.

A special request is being made to supporters to lend financial support to the historic event.

Joining Standing at Freedom’s Gate host Kevin Fobbs to discuss an update on the event and the exciting plans in store for event attendees is Selena Owens Communications Director for Sing It America.

Owens is also Vice Chair of the Conservative Campaign Committee PAC and author of "The Power Within a Conservative Woman: Engaging America for God Family, and Country.”

Channeled messages from A Lemurian Shaman, Okamahia and English Translator Nashka. Call in with your questions for your own spiritual path at (646)-478-3085 and press 1

GalacticU Radio Network welcomes our Sunday Bi-Weekly Radio program 'Beyond the Horizon', Channeled messages from a Lemurian Shaman Okamahia, through a beautiful 90 year young woman named Barbara.  Okamahia only speaks in a star language. Upon meeting another Being named Nashka, channeled through Richard, Nashka translates Okamahia's messages into English for those who wish to speak to Okamahia and ask questions.

In designing the programs here at GalacticU Radio Network, it is our desire to have a program for anyone to call in and ask any question pertaining to their own spiritual growth. What synchronicity of these 2 beautiful souls! They were such a hit and so many of you wanted to see them return, we made a new radio program just for all of you, at your request.

So every other week, YOU the listener are welcome to call in to Beyond the Horizon and ask any question about your life or the life you had before coming to this planet.  Please keep your questions to 2 per caller then get back on the cue if you would like more questions answered. This allows us to get to as many people who want to call in and talk to Okamahia as possible.

Call 646-478-3085 and press 1 to have your hand up to ask a question live on the show.  Press 1 again to take you out of cue.  Then press 1 one more time to put you back in the queue to ask other questions.
