Feeling Great: Creating a Life of Optimism, Enthusiasm and Contentment

    in Spirituality

Feeling Great: Creating a Life of Optimism, Enthusiasm and Contentment with Kelly Johnson

Why do we lose our ability to feel great? And what is 'feeling great' anyway? Is it really possible to feel great in today's world where every day there is some new crisis or disorder? Some new upheaval or unexpected negativity? Where violence is rife? Is feeling great out of place or insensitive to the reality of many people's lives?

In this treasure of a book, Janki, Vegso and Johnson call on their decades of spiritual study and practical experience to answer these and other essential questions. You will learn what it really means to 'feel great' – and it might not be what you expect.

You will discover that feeling great is not about having a good time for a few hours, or having money to spend. It's about putting your life in order and remembering who you really are. It's about practicing the four keys revealed in this book—enthusiasm, optimism, contentment, and respect—then learning how to start acquiring and applying them.

Kelly Johnson has worked in the publishing industry for many years reading, selling and marketing other people's books. When the opportunity to write Feeling Great with Peter Vegso and Dadi Janki came along, it was an unexpected honor.

IndieReview Behind The Scenes w/ Author Tegon Maus

    in Entertainment

Hello Everyone! My name is Michelle Cornwell Jordan and I am one of your hosts. My co-host Jamie White is also joining me and we're excited to chat with Mystery/Suspense Author Tegon Maus as part of his Premier Virtual Author book tour!

Tegin Maus:My wife of forty five plus years and I live in a little town of 8,200 in Southern California. In that time, I've built a successful remodeling /contracting business. But that's just my day job... everyone that writes... everyone who tells you how to write, all say the same thing.... write about what you know... and what I know... is me.

Well, at least the me I see when I write... an alter ego of myself that gets frequently wedged between a rock and a hard place but manages to work things out at the last minute after all. A day time encounter, whether good or bad becomes the obstacle or the triumph for my alter ego's romp that night. Like most of us when pushed into a corner it only brings out the best in us and we become the unstoppable force of a reluctant hero... at least on paper, making the day to day a little more tolerable. If I have a signature style for creating a character then this is it.
