The Voice of Change welcomes Dianne Monroe to the program to talk about her work with children. This show explores Growing Inside Out, Cultivating Your Child’s Inner Spark, a program and approach to nurturing children’s inner growth and unique spark of brilliance. Each of us has a talent or gift, a spark of brilliance, to offer this world. Within children that spark is already present, seeking to grow, longing to be seen, valued, understood. Yet this concept is not part of our civilization’s child development paradigm. Drawing from her over 20 years experience working with youth, Dianne Monroe has created an innovative and easy-to-use approach to nurturing children’s inner spark – for parents, educators and anyone with children in their lives. Visit her website, www.diannemonroe.com to download the introductory e-book to this path-breaking approach.
Dianne Monroe is a Life Mentor, Coach, Facilitator and Consultant. She offers experiential programs for personal growth that blend creativity, Expressive Arts and nature connection. Alongside her work with adults, Dianne has over 20 years experience with youth. Her new program Growing Inside Out, Cultivating Your Child’s Inner Spark, focusing on children’s inner growth, is a synthesis of that experience.

"I would also call your attention to the recent landmark study requested by Placer County. The study, after surveying its justice system, recommended a reduction of jail admissions, and an increase in drug detoxification and mental health treatment services coupled with an expansion of other rehabilitation services.
There is widespread support for Prop 47 from a diverse range of law enforcement, public safety, judicial and elected public officials as well as the faith based community — see www.safety and schools.com.
“In the spirit of advocating for an informed public, I encourage you to carefully assess the arguments offered by the bill’s opponents. To my mind, they are driven by a punishment first ideology, rather than any fact-based assessment.” Whyman (Oct., 2014)
Two years ago a friend of mine asked me to say some emcee rhymes
So I said this rhyme I’m about to say, the rhyme was def and it went this way:
Took a test to become an emcee, and Orange Krush became amazed at me
So Larry put me inside his Cadillac, the chauffeur drove off and we never came back
Dave cut the record down to the bone, and now they got me rockin on the microphone…”
“You’re a five dollar boy and I’m a million dollar man
You’re a sucker emcee and you’re my fan
You try to bite rhymes, all lines are mine, you’re a sucker emcee in a pair of Calvin Kleins
Coming from the wackest part of town, trying to rap but you can’t get down
You don’t even know your English, your verbs or noun
You’re just a sucker emcee, you sad faced clown…

Today, we return to the Overcoming ADDversity series, part 2 of a six-part series called Manage Her Brain, Grow Her Business with Neuroscientist, Dr. Dennis Maness. We're going to explore:
The difference between the Brain and the Mind
7 Areas of the brain he assesses to determine the right Protocol.
Overcoming ADDversity is something I believe I was destined to do, but more importantly what you were destined to do.
You see, it's my belief that MANY women solo entrepreneurs suffer from adult ADD and have NO idea how deeply it is affecting their ability to manage their brain and business in a way that will allow the brain to be still, and the business to flourish and grow into a sustainable source of income and wealth for their family, for future generations to come.
Instead, we go about daily, scattered, unfocused and feeling like we're on the Hamster Wheel of Life. Because in addition to running a business, we're running a life: we're mothers, wives, girlfriends, sisters, sister-friends,daughters, and elder caregivers.
Dr. Dennis is the Founder of BrainTek Institute in San Diego. This series is designed to focus specifically on women solo entrepreneurs with Adult ADD, what it is, how to know if YOU have it, and what to do to Overcome it.
We invite you to listen in and learn...to Manage Your Brain and Grow YOUR Business!
