AMC’s Fear The Walking Dead has a teenage problem according to some fans. Could the introduction of two young new characters from Flight 462 tip the show over the edge?
In AMC’s original zombie series, The Walking Dead, the cast has always been varied. While AMC may have be partial to killing off black characters, they could never be accused of a lack of diversity. In the spin-off series, Fear The Walking Dead, however, some fans are concerned at the lack of diversity in the core character group. The main group is made up of eight characters, half of these are considered teen to young adult.
Fans can expect two more younger characters to join the cast for at least a short time thanks to the miniseries, Fear The Walking Dead: Flight 462. Fans who have watched this miniseries unfold will recognize Jake (Brendan Meyer) and Charlie (Michelle Ang) as two of the characters on the doomed Flight 462. Both of these characters have been billed as appearing in episode 3. As yet it is unclear just how long they will survive Fear The Walking Dead. If they do live beyond episode 3, there will be six teens against four older characters. That’s an awful lot of teen angst for a show that is based in a zombie apocalypse. Can a show like this even sustain so many young characters?

The Boston Celtics 2015/2016 season has come to an end. The Celtics lost in round 1 of the NBA Playoffs to the 4th seeded Atlanta Hawks in 6 games and now face an offseason that is sure to feature plenty of excitement for Celtics fans. The Celtics lost games 1 and 2 in Atlanta to go down 2-0 before coming back to Boston for games 3 and 4 where they went on to tie the series up 2-2 going back to Atlanta for game 5. The Celtics would then proceed to lose game 5 in Atlanta via a blowout and lose game 6 in front of their fans in Boston to end the season. The Celtics lost the regular season series 3-1 to the Hawks so the Hawks had the edge going into the series as it was based on regular season matchup. The Hawks as the 4th seed had the Home Court advantage as well. But the advantages only got bigger for the Hawks as the series Progressed. In game 1 the Celtics lost starting Shooting Guard Avery Bradley for what would be the rest of the series. In that same game Celtics big man Kelly Olynyk was also injured and would end up missing games 2 and 3 before returning to play minimal action in games 4 and 5. Jae Crowder who admitted he was playing at only 75% struggled throughout the series as he was not the same player we saw in the regular season due to his injuries. Your Celtics Talk Crew will now recap alongside special guest Rich Contee the Hawks playoff series. They will discuss what were some of the key issues the Celtics had that caused them to lose this series. Was it simply that they were missing Avery Bradley and were too banged up. How about the officiating which many people including the NBA even admitted screwed up at times in this series. Did that cost the Celtic's. Did some of the Celtics pending fre agents like Evan Turner and Jared Sullinger perform a way that will make our host and our guest say resign them or let them walk. You will just have to tune in to find out
Join us this week as we welcome Country music recording artist, Kayla Calabrese. With her Jersey girl attitude and romantic Italian soul, Kayla Calabrese brings her own flair to the country music scene. This down to earth artist has a sassy edge that shines through her lyrics, stage presence, and fresh demeanor. Upon moving to Nashville, Kayla began recording with Grammy nominated music producer Kent Wells, best known for producing Dolly Parton. Wells produced Kayla’s first EP Kayla Calabrese, featuring her first single “Kiss Me,” and was a great experience she describes as something she will never forget. Pleased by the success, Kayla was determined to keep pushing forward. A few years later, Kayla was ready to release a project she had been developing. Her single, “Whisper,” was released in the Fall of 2014. As a musician, Kayla can show her strong disposition in one song, yet become vulnerable with the next. “My favorite part about being an artist is that I can express my feelings and emotions in a song that not only means something to me but others can relate in their own personal way,” says Calabrese. In exciting news for 2016, Kayla will soon be releasing her new Disney-themed single “Happily Never After” to radio on March 14. The new single is part of Calabrese’s upcoming newest EP "Glass Stiletto". We will talk to Kayla about her upcoming schedule, get a behind the scenes look at her music, feature her latest songs, and ask her to share her message for the troops. Please be sure to visit Kayla Calabrese at http://www.kaylacalabrese.com/ and spread the word. Fans are welcome to call in and speak live with Kayla during the show (718) 766-4193. And as always we will give shout outs to our deployed military listeners. Our message to the troops: WE do what we do, because YOU do what you do.
If we only superficially, or never examine our life's habits, conditioning, and beliefs, we may not be able to let go of the obstructions that are keeping us unconscious.
The drag of living life from an unconscious mind has several notable downsides. One is that we cannot truly let our innate Pure Intelligence flow, nor can we be honestly open to our Spirit Self and, thus, be free from the untruths inherent in all conditioning. To be conditioned, is to be layered over by some thing or an energy, and this will, by default, filter our free, uninhibited knowing of the Truth that has the universal power able to set you free. This freedom is important because it is a freedom from the conditioning itself!
Once we can see past a previously held belief or through a conditioning filter, we can feel a certain release of pressure; it's the release that naturally accompanies the lessening of contraction of our Original TRUTH.
Think this through: To contract the infinitie potential of our existence, be it with beliefs or physical shakles, is to put that energy field under some form of restriction, and that simply will include some pressure.
If we can validate these releases through the legitimate understandings that will come and flow with restored Awareness, as opposed to a litany of presumptions, we can start to clean our inner "registry of assumptions" that reframes what we could do by what our "registry" holds as true. All this flow and lack of flow business is part and parcel of what is holding us in its trance.
As long as we trance dance, we are not free and enjoying our Pure Intelligence in its amazing flow. We'd rather dance the Divine flow with its creativity and wisdom out into our lives and its arenas than float through in a trance. What about you? Listen and call in with questions, haunts, concerns.
