In this brief discussion, CanTeen participants talk about LGBTQ relationships as a supplement to our Pride Show. Teens discuss the word "queer," coming out, and the dangers of using phrases like, "That's so gay," to describe something uncool.

Book Chat with Colette Cornatzer
In this week's episode, Ken speaks with Colette Cornatzer. Author of "Entertaining Thoughts". Colette speaks about "Entertaining Thoughts", her writing process, reviews of her book, and a book reading from Colette.
"Entertaining Thoughts" - Get inside the mind of one serial killer.
Entertaining Thoughts depicts the mind of a serial killer with a unique talent. After a tragedy rips Sham De Swamp from the only family he has ever known, his genius mind plummets into a dark place, from which he cannot return. Enter Sham’s mind and see just how he got to be standing in a courtroom, waiting for the verdict that may result in the extinguishing of his body, but Sham knows that no amount of punishment, not even death, could remove the blackened stain he has made on this world.
Colette Cornatzer lives in New Jersey and has been writing since she was ten years old. Colette has always loved stories, whether they were told through books, or relayed from her family, she would always be able to see the story unfold inside her head. She would see it, taste it and believe it. Still to this day, regardless of the story nor the storyteller, when she becomes engrossed in a story, she is there; in the middle of the action, experiencing everything with the characters. This is the same experience she hopes to bring readers of her own stories.

This week on Third Eye Cinema: the one and only Ace Still, of Goatlord and Doom Snake Cult!Legendary vocalist from not one, but two very unique and well regarded bands from the early days of underground metal, Ace, together with Joe Frankulin, Jeff Nardone and Jeff Schwab, was responsible for creating one of the earliest and most unique of doom metal bands, Goatlord! With a dark, evocative horror atmosphere and lyricism and some of the most sinister black metal style vocals ever recorded, Goatlord touched on doom, black and death metal years before any of those genres even came to exist! Often derided at the time for their lack of polish and uniquely raw and aggressive yet lurchingly slow approach, they’ve developed a well deserved reputation over the years among aficionados of doom, blackened thrash and black metal for the sheer eeriness and power of their sound! Join us when we plumb the depths of a hellish Southern swamp to uncover the great Ace Still of Goatlord and the slightly more experimental Doom Snake Cult, only here on Third Eye Cinema!http://thirdeyecinema.wordpress.com/http://www.facebook.com/ThirdEyeCinema
