To dream...the impossible dream...to reach the unreachable star...
My guest today...Rudy Segovia who reached the American Dream. His story in CHOICES, awe-inspiring CHOICES revealed by successful entrepreneurs.
The CHOICE was clear, RICH or POOR? How the son of migrant farm workers reached the AMERICAN DREAM.
Rudy was born in Laredo, Texas. Parents were migrant farm workers traveling to Arizona to pick cotton and to Idaho and North Dakota to work in the potato fields. At age eight, Rudy worked in the fields alongside other farm worker's children.
When his family moved to Chicago in 1967, Rudy made a CHOICE to stay in school because he didn't want to work in a factory like his parents did. Rudy became the first member of his family to graduate High School.
Sales and an EPIPHANY...etc.
Change your life, change your thinking...etc.
See yourself as the person you ...etc.
The journey to...etc.
THE AMERICAN DREAM...etc.
The boys are all back together and we have a sort of jammed back show on a rather slow news week. MSNBC's resident racist and tax-dodger owes the IRS 70K, yet she's going to White House Correspondence Dinner. Is the American Experiment dead? There was a shit-in at Cal Polyptych. More about Hillary Clinton, and whatever else we decide.?
