Dr. Maia Coleman King is a licensed clinical psychologist who treats patients for individual, group and couples therapy. As a partner at PGW, Dr. Coleman King balances the roles of clinician, supervisor and Assistant Clinical Psychology Professor for The George Washington University. Dr. Coleman King specializes in treating women struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety, as well as couples seeking assistance in building communication skills, overcoming differences, and making decisions that are more satisfying. In addition, she has over ten years of experience in the psychological assessment of children, adults and forensic populations.

Britton Smith is the Co-Founder of Smith Warfield, a National Campaign
Strategies firm that specializes in helping organizations and candidates
appeal to a more modern and reflective demographic. Britton attended Rust
College in Holly Springs, MS where he received a B.A. in Political Science.
After beginning his career in the political realm serving as a page for his
State Senator and Representative, he would later work in several capacities
on Capitol Hill. After a brief stint in the U.S. Department of State,
Britton hit the campaign trail full time, working for candidates in
Virginia, Montana and in his home state of Mississippi.
Britton has also worked for several Members of Congress as well as the
Mississippi State Senate. He has received many accolades and is the creator
of the W.A. McMillan Leadership Conference.
Pastor T. L. Brower, son of the late Reverend James T. Brown and Mrs. Doris Greene was born in Asheboro, N.C. After graduating high school Pastor Brower enlisted in the U. S. Marines and was stationed at Camp Lejeune, N. C. Afterwards he moved to Sanford, N. C. where he attended Church of God of Prophecy under the leadership of his father Reverend James Brown.
While evangelizing at the Church of God of Prophecy, Pastor Brower was called to preach. He received his ministerial training through Tomlinson Bible College in Cleveland, Tennessee.
After fulfilling the requirements for pastoralship,T.L. began ministering in Chapel Hill, N. C. After serving in Chapel Hill for three years he moved his ministry to Sanford, N. C. where he is the Establishmentarian and Pastor of Restoration Through Christ Ministries, Inc. located at 4282 Ponderosa Rd. Sanford, N. C.
Pastor Brower has been teaching and preaching the word of God for 24 years. He is one that loves the Lord and he loves to preach. He is one that hears and knows the voice of God and is lead and directed by the Holy Spirit. He is a man of patience, excellence, a true Shepherd of his flock, a sojourner who recognizes the potential in people and encourages them to obtain it.

Tiffany P. Smith is a native of Northern Virginia. She holds 10 years of experience in human resources ranging from private industry to public sector. She has received her bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and has her professional in human resources (PHR) certification. Currently, she attends Penn State University and will receive her master's degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations next year. Ms. Smith is also the Vice Chair of the Personnel Committee of the Progressive National Baptist Convention, Inc. (PNBC). Currently, she has launched StellaHR Consulting that focuses on the HR needs of churches, small businesses, and individuals. She has a sincere passion for HR and an even greater passion and love for God, and the enrichment of His people.
David L. Heiber, Executive Director and Founder David L. Heiber is the Executive Director and Founder of Concentric Educational Solutions Inc., a Washington, D.C. based non-profit organization that supports schools with implementation of student services. Since 2010, David has led Concentric to being recognized as an innovator with placing students at the center of the educational experience. Using Concentricity as his theory of change, David has collaborated and consulted with over a hundred schools in 20 states.
David’s passion is working with young people in general, but specifically with African American and Latino males. David uses his personal story of grief, poverty, incarceration, and redemption as a means to connect with students and challenge them to recognize their potential, honor their promise, and fulfill their purpose. He is currently working on his memoir, From Prisoner to Principal: Only God Can Judge Me and has been sharing his story in schools and universities throughout the United States.
Previously, David served for 3 years as the Senior Director of Student Support Services for a Charter Management Organization (CMO) consisting of four secondary schools serving 1,400 students in Washington, D.C. In this capacity, David was directly responsible for all aspects of student culture, special education, and mental health services, and found tremendous success.
Born in Wilmington, Delaware, David graduated from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania with a triple major. He went on to receive his M.A. from Temple University in African American studies and his Ed.D from Morgan State University in Urban Education. He has three children
who are the purpose in his life.
Willie Moore Jr. is an inspirational speaker, licensed minister, Grammy recognized recording artist, comedian & actor. Frank Shelton, Jr. is an author, International Evangelist, Capitol Hill veteran, former speechwriter to a Member of Congress, international communicator & FOX NEWS contributor sharing a passion for life and leadership. Pastor McCoy was released by God to fulfill the mandate to serve the body of Jesus Christ. Rev. Latisha (Tish) Thomas is an Itinerant Elder at Reid Temple AME Church in Glenn Dale, Maryland under the dynamic leadership of the Rev. Dr. Lee P. Washington. At Reid Temple, she currently serves the 15,000-member congregation as the Information Officer for the Ministerial Staff, records voiceovers for video/audio ministry announcements, and on Sunday mornings beginning at 11:15am, she can be seen on the “Reid Temple Live Network” broadcast as the host and online minister bridging the gap between the live services in the sanctuary and the hundreds of online worshipers. Rev. Tish holds a BA from Savannah State University, an MS from American University, and an M.Div. from Howard University School of Divinity. Keith Gray grew up in a single parent household where his mother taught him the value of education. Keith’s passion for learning led him to earn a full athletic scholarship to American University in Washington, D.C. where he earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Justice. Keith went on to work and further his education at the University of South Florida (USF) where he served as an University Administrator and instructor. At USF, he earned his Masters of Education while working hard to have a positive impact the on lives of young men and women.
As an administrator, he was primarily responsible for ensuring minority students were able to gain access to and matriculate through college. Keith helped many first generation college students, like himself, become successfully admitted to college and set on the pathway to prosperity.
As an Officer with the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C., Keith was responsible for ensuring the safety and security of several recreational centers and youth serving facilities while serving as a mentor to many youth who attended the centers. He used his athletic talent and experiences to partner with other divisions within the department to organize basketball clinics across the city in an effort to open the lines of communication between police and the community’s youth. These experiences established Keith as a transcendent leader who is not afraid to meet our challenges where they are.
Keith is a tireless leader with a heart and mind dedicated to helping everyday people. Keith is committed to community development and looks forward to serving all of his neighbors and friends in Prince Georges County.
