SORT BY Relevancy
Welcome to another show from the, "Restoration of Pentecost" revival. Last week we brought you a powerful message from Jack Cunningham and he is our speaker again tonight. We want you to know that it does not matter if you are listening live or from our archives, you can receive what you are hearing in this message, and if you are looking for a church we can help.
For those who are kingdom minded, we shared with you last week an opportunity to be blessed by being a blessing to others. First, we are asking for you to put a prayer covering over the Sanctuary of Nolensville, Pastor Lee Stephens, and his family. Second, we are asking you to pray about sending a financial offering to help with the building fund of this young work. Trust me, you cannot out give GOD, and you will be blessed. You can send the offering to Wild Bill; 2709 Tallow Trace, Spring Hill, TN 37174. Make the check payable to: The Sanctuary of Nolensville. Your cancelled check will be your receipt for tax purposes. We never ask for financial support for our programs, but have felt led to put this need before our listeners. I don't know who God is wanting to bless, but we encourage you to pray about this and allow yourself to be a blessing to the kingdom while being blessed by GOD!

Americans have always felt valued by what they do. It is ingrained in us. We think we are what we do. “The world around us teaches us that purpose come first,” Barnum says. “Find purpose, find identity.” But that is exactly what Jesus taught against. People need more than just what is true, they need real.
Join us on The River today as Jeannie and Maxine chat with Thad Barnum, author of Identity; How Americans Value Themselves at Work and Home, about how to find identity outside the cultural norms.

Many cities are plagued with chronic unemployment, which makes urban areas ripe for crime and violence. This is what drove security specialist Vince Rose to run for office. He is running for Alderman of Chicago's 7th Ward, an area known for high crime and drug trafficking. Vince's plan is to bring in manufacturers and create jobs. Entreprenuers Pleasant Stephens and Bob Gibsonexplain their intention to expand their businesses into the seventh ward. A clothing manufacturing plant and a solar panel manufacturing plant could bring steady employment to Chicago's South side. They discuss their vision of expanding these operations nationwide and opening factories in other economically depressed cities. Could the solution to urban poverty and it's resulting drug and crime epidemic be in our own hands?

Joel Embiid of Kansas has a broken foot and needs surgery. And now that piece of news has thrown everyone's draft projections into disarray.
Embiid was listed at No. 1 in Mock Draft 4.0 on www.sheridanhoops.com, but he won't be at the top in the next edition. So does that mean the Cavs will not draft him? Perhaps not.
The Cavs are now looking at trading down a couple of spots, believing that Embiid will still be available. And with the Philadelphia 76ers coveting Andrew Wiggins, it becomes a question of whether they'd be willing to trade up from No. 3 to No. 1 -- a move that would probably cost them Thaddeus Young.
The Utah Jazz also are discussing a deal with the Cavs that would send Derrick Favors and the No. 5 pick to Cleveland for the No. 1 pick, which the Jazz would use to select Jabari Parker.
The latest news of Embiid, plus much more infor on next week's draft, comes from draft guru Joe Kotoch in this interview with 1280TheZone in Salt Lake City.
