Suspense Radio Inside Edition May 2nd, 2015

    in Books

Suspense Radio is back with another action packed show. 90 minutes and three author interviews await you.

First up we have James Ziskin, then we have Allen Eskens, finished up with Mark Pryor.

    James Ziskin: Stone Cold Dead

December 21, 1960, the shortest day of the year: Fifteen-year-old Darleen Hicks slips away from her school bus as it idles in the junior-high parking lot, waiting to depart. Moments later the bus rumbles away without her, and she is never seen again.

Allen Eskens: The Life we Bury

College student Joe Talbert has the modest goal of completing a writing assignment for an English class. His task is to interview a stranger and write a brief biography of the person. With deadlines looming, Joe heads to a nearby nursing home to find a willing subject. There he meets Carl Iverson, and soon nothing in Joe's life is ever the same.

    Mark Pryor: Hollow Man

Dominic is a prosecutor, a musician, and an Englishman living in Texas. He's also a psychopath. His main goal is to hide his condition and lead a seemingly normal life in hopes to pay off his debts and become a full-time musician in Austin's  club scene. But on one lousy day his carefully-controlled world starts to shatter: he's demoted at work and accused of stealing a fellow musician's song.

He also meets a beautiful woman in a lime green dress--perhaps the biggest threat to his safety of all. At her urging, Dominic hatches a plan to steal a van he knows will be filled with cash. He picks two friends as accomplices, insisting on no guns and no violence. But a security guard catches them in the act and simple theft turns into capital murder.

Dems Fiddle, Baltimore Burns! Supremes Decide Gay Marriage, Lerner Emails Found

    in Politics Conservative

We have our quarterly riots in Baltimore while the democrats say that it’s better to let people’s life savings go up in smoke than for the police to do their job. Basically it’s about getting free stuff and having a party, not police victims. People were on Facebook looking for rides from as far away as Miami to go and commit mayhem. The Supreme Court has a case on gay marriage in front of it. Yawn! Also emails by the thousands are showing up from the IRS and State department now. Seems as though someone in the government doesn’t like Hillary. No one cares, though, because it’s NFL Draft Weekend!
