    in Self Help

Join your hosts, certified life coaches, Kathleen Martin, LOACC and Estra Roell, LOACC to learn about  the power of personal coaching!

Just about anyone can benefit from having a life coach. The concept of having a life coach didn’t become mainstream until the 1980s, but the value of a good life coach is indisputable. . Today, many top executives and thought leaders enlist the help of life coaches for the very same reason – to maximize their performance.

Now more and more people in all walks of life are seeking the expertise of life coaching.

A life coach provides guidance to individuals who want to accomplish specific goals, but are having difficulty doing so on their own.
Some of the top reasons people seek this guidance include:

To be challenged to move forward when they are stuck and need motivation; To create a clear vision for their life; To learn more about who they are and what their YOUniqueness is; To learn to stand in their own power; To learn how to manifest and attract what they want; To gain more confidence; To find out what is standing in their way; To be the best that they can be; To learn to be in the driver’s seat of their life; To have more gratitude; To be able to walk through fears; To get more tools for life; To clarify their passion—what makes them feels most alive; To get help with shifting a perspective on how they see something; To become aware of an existing pattern that is holding them back; To have accountability for goals; To uncover their life purpose—why they are here and what they are intended to do.

Legal Eagle and the Coach Radio

    in Business

Legal Eagle and the Coach Radio with David Altenbern and Bryan Kiser with their guests Randye Spina & Joe Chatham:

Randye Spina - Marketing major with an MBA who got trapped in corporate america for 20+ years. Then realized that many small businesses were struggling & that my expertise could help them. I've always been on the side of the underdog, so it just fit my personality & value system. She just launched the first of its kind, on-demand prepaid marketing membership club for those businesses that want a reliable marketing expert on their side, but don't want to/can't "hire" & train. I require no training! Get up & running fast!

Joe Chatham - a 25+ year veteran of the mortgagfe industry. In my journey I have developed an expertise in professional networking. So much so, in fact, that I have now build the premier business collaborative in New England (and developing NYC). Prior to building the USA 500 Clubs, LLC, I built the E. Coast presence for a large networking organization in CA, ProVisors. I know how to connect people. The USA 500 Clubs is a very high-end business colaborative made up of mostly attorneys, accountants, and financial professionals. It sprung out of a business relationship gone sour in 2013. I felt that having high standards for membership was key to building a relationaship driven business where commerce results from said relationships.

    Daily Tip: Staying focused

    in Self Help

Why staying focused is the most important skill we should learn and master? It's all about moving forward in life. You are constantly moving, but the question is, are you moving forward or are you moving backward? When you are focused and you have your priorities put together, you are most likely stepping forward. Staying focused in everything you do even in your relationships is very important.  When you're talking to your partner when you're talking to your kid when you are talking to your employee when you are talking to your boss, you need to be focused on what you are saying, because what you say can set the tone for the action to be followed. Don't try to attempt to multitask, you can never succeed in multitasking. You cannot get it all done at the same time.

“Focus is the amount of attention, energy and concentration you choose to give to any specific idea, task or situation.”
