Laquan McDonald And The Racism Cold War.

    in Entertainment

    Racism is a cold war.

As those who have enjoyed the cold war are growing frustrated with more and more people finding out it exists, we're seeing a desparation for it to heat and be an open and honest hot war.

    Let's dig into it.

    Raeisha Williams,
communications chair of the Minneapolis NAACP, shocked CNN when she told reporter Brooke Baldwin that Black Lives Matter has in essence indicted the Minneapolis Police Department in the shooting of five people during a protest early Tuesday morning.

    Williams said:

“We’re hearing two [arrests] at this time, but we don’t necessarily trust that. We know that the police department is behind this, this is our personal belief after receiving witness accounts.”

#AllLIvesMatter - Except for Muslims, Blacks, Transgender, Latinx, Poor Whites,

    in Entertainment

Let's dig into these fake folks who function on platitudes, bumper sticker rhetoric and conventional wisdom.

Reminder. We're not heading for fascism,  We're there.

It's that we have wife, netflix Kardashian, Miley Cyrus, and Patti LaBelle's sweet potato pies to distract us from just how gross things already are.

    In the news:
A Denver-area store called Isis Books & Gifts wants the world to know its name comes from the Egyptian goddess of healing and motherhood and it isn't run by terrorists.

Co-owner Jeff Harrison said Wednesday that the suburban Denver shop has been vandalized five times in the past year or so, probably by people who mistake the name for ISIS, one of the acronyms for the Islamic State terrorist group.

Seven members of a Louisiana high school girls basketball team were dismissed this week, after raising concerns about the head coach.

Parents of at least four of those students at Salmen High School also came forward with concerns the team’s coach Panos Bountovinas was acting inappropriately towards some of the girls

"In many situations, most people only get one chance. But few of us are blessed to have a second chance to prove themselves worthy. Teresa, is one of the lucky ones, she is a two-time survivor of breast cancer – diagnosed in 1997 and 2007, in which the latter she underwent chemotherapy. A talented performer, Graves also had a second chance at a career in entertainment. Starting out dancing and acting at an early age, she stopped to enter the workforce. For over 20 years, she worked in Corporate America for technology leader, IBM Corporation where she served as an independent training consultant. A creative by nature, Graves created a training manual for the company and was afforded the opportunity to travel across the country and abroad in this role. Her experience includes work as a plus-sized model and dancing as a member of several cultural dance companies in Atlanta. She has appeared in TV ONE’s “Fatal Attractions,” Kirk Franklin's music video for his Grammy Award-winning song "I Smile", as well as various short films and commercials.
