Health is a very complicated topic. It not only includes all the organs of your body, but your emotions, relationships with others, and your life-style (or the choices you make).
It is so complicated, in fact, that we cannot tell you everything there is to know. We can however, provide some basic information about teen health. It's also important to remember that there are adults in your life who can answer many of your questions. Talk to someone you are comfortable with a parent, school counselor, extended family member like an aunt or uncle or your doctor. Even if they or you have been reluctant or embarrassed to start the conversation, they really do want to talk to you.
On this show we will discuss the importance of of youth taking care of their bodies as it pertains to sexual health, physical health, teen pregnacy and many more topics related to health and wellness.
The radio program of Alpha Health Ministry will focus on Health Education and personal health improvement by covering various health & wellness topics designed to educate, elevate and inspire people to take control of their health & well-being. This is a Christian radio program which adheres to biblical based principles designed to promote a Healthy Spirit, Soul and Body. Join us for another segment of Health By Design hosted by Minister Surette Sands.

Through the years on my blog, I warned that pestilences were coming to America and throughout the world. The warnings are over as the plagues are now here. What I am doing is dedicating every Saturday night starting at 9:00 PM EST to interceding before the LORD for protection from the pestilences. This intercession is based upon Psalm 91. You can call in at 619 996-1655. If you cannot attend the show live, it is archived.
I also will discuss health ways to supercharge your immune system which is the natural defense against pestilences. I call the world health and medical system, the Babylonian System, while God provides His health system. We want to be under God’s Health System and protection. I believe that coming under God’s system is a sign of faith that God honors.
Also, see my health blog at God’s Health System, as I constantly share information that shows the natural way to health. This is God’s Health System.
The pestilence is here, and the Bible states it is going to get worse. If you have fear of what is coming, join us as we will pray for God’s peace in face of the pestilences. Please join us in prayer and sharing information that will bring you under the umbrella protection of God’s Health System.
